It was awful was harrest the whole time then on top of that one of the employees try to fight my husband and then try to get in my face

It's not the Ritz but the room was clean and affordable. It was quiet the night I was there. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. I was there for one night with my dog to get some sleep. My AC had gone out in my apartment and I was able to get the much-needed sleep I needed. The rooms need a major update.

This area is bustling. There's a large amusement park not far away. Numerous restaurants surround the area. Regarding public safety in Phoenix: the hotel is enclosed by a perimeter fence, and entry requires check-in verification, making it quite secure. The rooms are clean, spacious, and fully equipped, though the flooring looks a bit dated.

They are pet friendly and reasonably priced. All the staff are helpful and friendly.

My son loved the pool. Having laundry on site is helpful. Some minor maintenance & cleaning issues but overall better than others we tried.

Clean rooms, quiet neighborhood with shopping and restaurants located within walking distance. Every employee I encountered from front desk to housekeeping was welcoming, helpful, and kind.
