Everything was clean until we found a large dead roach inside the restroom.

The check in staff was great! She was always friendly! The hotel is worn but is under going a renovation. But it was clean despite the age of the rooms. Breakfast was okay.

Nothing This facility is literally falling apart. There are holes in the floor of the elevator and the hand rail in the elevator is taped to the wall with box tape. The furniture in the room is sun faded and ragged and no where near the window. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. The room had active roaches. We did not even unpack we went to the front desk and requested a refund. We did eventually get the refund and the lady at the desk was very helpful and professional.

Staff was great, location met our needs We were here Nov 2025 and the condition of the rooms are the same....still remodeling....we have yet to stay in a remodeled room. It does not appear that they are actually remodeling the rooms......disappointing. most likely wont stay here when we come back in August.

hotel was under construction but 3rd floor was accesible to the public and was a hazard, no signs posted , tub showed mold, had to leave a day early because of mold

The pool was not clean. We could not use it. There are signs that say there are renovations being done on the property, but we do not see any renovations being done. The pictures on the website must be from a few years ago because the rooms are very worn and outdated. The couch was very old and torn when we pulled the bed out. The mattress was a very old and worn. We decided not to use it. They did allow us to move to another room, but the pullout mattress was the same way as the other, so we just stood in the original room. The breakfast was OK. On a good note the staff was very nice and the location was close to my family that we were visiting.

Location Old we only had small towels in our room. No shower mat to prevent slip. The hotel Phone didn’t even work.

Lobby area and breakfast area The pool was green and unserviceable to swim in especially on a hot summer day. That’s the reason why we chose the hotel because it said it had a pool and when we got there, it was green.
