Bad

The pool access hours. There was cockroaches, breakfast was terrible, I got the room since it said buffet and there was only toast and oats.

The rooms were not cleaned properly and the breakfast was not what was advertised. All we saw in the morning was some cereal and eggs

Exceptional

They had a room available after we were denied booking where we originally booked. Check-in was very fast and smooth. Breakfast was awesome. Everybody was so helpful. Very small breakfast buffet

Close to downtown, zoo, mall and sea world/aquatica Service and attention received by staff.

Location was good. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and the beds were not comfortable like I thought the would be. Said breakfast was included but all I seen was cereal, people were working so I couldn’t see if there was anythin else other than that but it didn’t look like it.

TV , hair dryer and vent in the bathroom broke complained wouldn't move us. So we checked out. Needs to do alot of improvement.

Disappointing

The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice but the water wasn't hot enough The breakfast was out by 7am the lady on the front denied to put more food out, the water wasn't hot enough in the restroom the floor was dirty in the room. Only 2 lights in the room worked

The bed was amazing. Breakfast was not what I thought it would be. They only served eggs and sausage. Cereal was hard to dispense and not much of an option. Apple juice was great but no waffles or fruit. The place is clean but the fridge was loud. My card key had to be fixed everyday. But an upside, there was renovation happening so hope they are getting upgraded.

Passable

The staff did not meet our expectations. Our refrigerator gave out and all of our food spoiled. They did not give us another fridge and no compensation. The service.
