Hotel was great, staff was very nice. The only thing that would have been better was if the gym had more than treadmills, maybe at least dumbbells. Would definitely recommend this place

room was clean, staff very helpful, bed comfortable nice pillows and nice bathrooms and very roomy. just a bit expensive on the parking being almost $40 a day.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property smells absolutely wonderful the moment you walk in. The pool area is huge and very clean, and the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing. I loved that there were plenty of chaise lounges and gazebos, so we never had to fight for a spot in the sun. Best of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. I highly recommend this place!

Everything was great but the gym did not have a weight set.

Overall had a good experience on this property. The layout is different than most resorts and took some time to to get acclimated. Location is convenient since it’s in the middle of San Diego. I would stay there again

Everything was very clean and nice. Hotel was beautiful. Pool and hot tub were nice but on the smaller side. King size room very large and had a beautiful bathroom. Gym was barren with only a few machines and no free weights. Also, hotel is extremely religious — I believe of the Christian or Catholic Faith. Scriptures everywhere all over the property. Nothing wrong with this though, the vibes were relaxing.

I stayed at this hotel during a conference. My co-worker brought her daughters along and they fully enjoyed all of the amenities the hotel had to offer. The hotel was also located in a spot that we were able to walk to the site of the conference (Town and Country). All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location, nice sized rooms, fabulous pool and jacuzzi Excellent on site restaurant that didn't charge outrageously. Loved our stay Only negative was the hallway was too cold on our floor but that is really nit picking

overall, this property was great. The room was big spacious and clean the front desk simply average the food and beverage was excellent the girl who waited on us with beautiful nails, gorgeous, make up what I have and an excellent server. She was the only one on staff when we utilize the restaurant. I was quite surprised by her excellent and service.

We were sorry to have to leave and can't wait to go back for our next trip!

Very centrally located to all of the best to see in San Diego! Exceptionally wonderful staff, great restaurant. We would love to stay here on our next visit!

Staff was great - kind and friendly on check in. There are no ice machines on the floors so you have to call guest services each time you need ice - but they were accommodating and brought it up to our room. The beds are not comfortable - hard and my back was killing me after the first night - but clean and lots of pillows and clean sheets. Over all a very nice hotel. Parking is $38 per night.

Excellent stay, clean and comfortable.

Quiet but still in the middle of the city.

My fiancée was feeling sick and unable to leave the room, so I ordered food through Uber Eats for us. The front desk called to let me know the delivery had arrived, and I went downstairs immediately to pick it up. After grabbing the food and walking toward the elevator, I overheard the front desk employee speaking very negatively about me. The comments were completely unprofessional and especially surprising considering I had done nothing more than pick up my order. Up until this incident, I had always enjoyed staying here and had a positive impression of the staff. Unfortunately, this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and significantly impacted what was otherwise a pleasant stay. I hope management addresses this, as guests should be treated with respect whether they’re standing at the front desk or walking away from it.
