The Atwood Hotel San Diego - SeaWorld/Zoo

Rooms were clean. The staff was excellent and the pool and jacuzzi were great.

Room smelled like smoke. Sheets were stained. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom toilet seat was not cleaned. Thankful I brought my own antibacterial wipes and blankets.

Free parking was nice, rooms were just okay but staff was helpful and pool was fun. Great for a cheaper stay for two nights and so close to Sea World.

Also super convenience of a liquor store and a couple restaurants nearby

Pretty good place to stay for the price, pool was okay not really anything spectacular. Location is decent can get places fairly easy and uber to downtown is about $15 not a bad place, would stay here as a place to crash more than anything, area is a little meh but not too bad.

Location, pool and hot tub, restaurant. Price. Our room was dirty. Upon getting settled in my feet were black from being barefoot in the room. Tv didn't work. AC didnt get cold. People had dogs that barked all day. No access to wash machines and dryers.

Great location to SD zoo and seaworld and 3 beaches! Had pool/ spa which was great. Also breakfast please and everything store was right in it’s lot! Perfect.Great price too. Hotel was regular, not fancy. No bathroom vent. But Can not complain about anything really.

Staff was great. I asked about late checkout and they were able to accommodate me for a fee of $35. Once in the room, upon entering there was no entrance light. That entire wall had zero electricity. In the bathroom I saw a couple ants. Not a lot but a handful and that made feel as if the room is not properly cleaned. Overall, I was not happy with the room but their staff had great customer service. Overall 6/10.

The most expensive “hotel” and dirtiest rooms. Didn’t feel safe either. Do not recommend this overpriced dump.

I really had high hopes for this place. Check in was pretty easy, front desk was busy when I arrived so it took a bit longer than expected. Upon arriving into the room there was a slight odor like if someone smoked in the Nothing too crazy but noticeable. The bathroom smelled horrible like moisture and mold. Once you turned on the water in the bathroom it smelled even worse. The sink smelled like old mildew, or sitting water. The floors in the room had some sort of greasy film as if they haven’t been properly mopped in a while. The bottom of my socks were so dirty just from walking in the room. It could really use a good clean. A few of the power outlets didn’t work as well. The outside of the property was well maintained and clean though. Parking was easy, and there’s a pizza spot and liquor store so that was convenient.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a short stay but definitely recommend this hotel and will be coming back again soon.

Dirty room, gross room, disgusting floors. No towels. Wouldn’t deliver them to the room when notified. Had to go get at the front desk so the staff could finish their snacks.

Clean and you can't beat the front desk! Jeorge, Will, and James are amazing!!
