Very tight are

It was loud and people yelling outside my door and i can hear them walking back and forth.

The staffs were super friendly and helpful! Supposedly the room was supposed to have a coffee machine and a fridge, but we got there really late and it was the last room so that night we don’t have a fridge or a coffee maker. The following day we went to our son‘s graduation, so we didn’t need those two items when we return to the hotel in the afternoon. They provided the coffee machine and fridge right away when we return to the room. The place is OK clean. Just like the amount of water coming out from the shower, it drips so slow that it took me forever to wash my hair and have it rinsed… so slow like dripping coffee… and I’m serious! We were located on the fourth floor, maybe that’s why the pressure is not as strong. I don’t know. Otherwise, the staffs in the daytime and night shifts were all very friendly. 😊 if shower is not gonna be my issue I would love to return to the same place on my next trip!

Good location and clean but the toilet didn’t work and the bed was old/outdated/could feel the springs. When we called the front desk about the toilet instead of changing us rooms they had maintenance take a look. He was super friendly professional and helpful.

There was plenty of parking but the bed was very uncomfortable and I could not sleep. The staff was very nice.

The only thing that made this location was the staff! Our room seemed clean but hard to tell because things were VERY old. Our tv didn’t work, our blow dryer didn’t work. It was ok for what we needed but probably wouldn’t stay there again. The staff was AMAZING! Pretty much the only thing that made it bearable.

Smelly cigarette rooms when advertised as nonsmoking.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very disapointed with breakfast. Not the same as Whyndham in Anahiem.

Breakfast was mid but free to say the least. Cheap waffles, two cereal options, muffins, yogurt, juice; but free nonetheless so can’t be too judgmental. Parking is tight and limited; so if you have a Truck/SUV, it’s difficult but manageable. Surrounding area also had a lot of roamers in the late evening/night. Overall it’s a cheap motel so can’t expect anything more than bare minimum.

Everything was clean. Room service everyday. Very reasonable price for a stay.

Location Room didn’t have working AC, missing window screen, no towels.

The front desk clerk was pleasant to interact with. The air conditioner's reduce temperature button was physically broken.

Location No maid service for 5 days, repeatedly asking and no service.. completely unacceptable, 0 on a scale of 10

The outside looked presentable and photos gave you a feel of updated. The rooms were outdated and homeless were in the rear of the building moving between the other hotel. What appeared to be a homeless was sitting down eating rapidly and ate only 1/2 of a pile of 2 wafffles milk and juice and left quickly. Not secure for having to pay an additional fee for parking not identified in the advertisements.

The breakfast they offer should be the best.

The only problem I had was that my TV remote didn't work, at all.

Clean room, helpful staff, good location. The walls are thin so you can hear the noises from the rooms besides and above you.
