Room had no microwave and rooms shower also did not work

Clean room, close to a lot. Pretty small including a small and only elevator, but that’s why it’s very affordable. They DONT have their own PARKING and make it your own problem which makes it a pain. Most parking is $50 a day and street parking is confusing and a gamble. But all in all solid, just make sure to figure out parking.

One thing to note is that the hotel does not have air conditioning. Fortunately, temperatures were mild during my visit, so it wasn’t an issue. However, I was assigned a room on the second floor facing the street, and the noise level outside was significant. I live in a city and am accustomed to typical urban noise, but it was still too loud to comfortably sleep with the windows open. Colleagues staying on higher floors reported much less street noise, so room location appears to make a noticeable difference. Overall, I would stay here again for the location, cleanliness, comfort, and value, but I would recommend requesting a higher-floor room if possible.

The beds were comfortable, the place was clean. The bathroom was a bit small for my liking but it did the job. The location of the hotel is great if you’re planning to explore the city as everything is close by.

Exceptional

Great location and the hotel was clean. There was no room service, complimentary water, or microwave available—even in the lobby. The elevator was out of service for almost two days, forcing me to use the stairs repeatedly. Considering the limited amenities and the inconvenience caused by the elevator outage, I don't feel the price was justified for what was offered.

We’ll be back. Really nice, small, European style. Rooms fully updated, clean modern feel. Staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Area is highly walkable and, like any big city, must see areas and also areas to avoid. Only negatives are small, very slow, single elevator and shower faucets which were over-engineered.
-
Clean rooms, missing some basic amenities which we had to pick up from the lobby. Overall ok.
-
Very nice place only down fall is that there isn’t parking or valet

The service was very professional

Good location near Chinatown gates and downtown. Iconic Cafe de la Presse is across the street. Bad lighting, linens, decorum, no waters left in room. Felt creepy. Not like the photos

The room was clean and the bathroom pretty high level for a boutique hotel. The bed was super comfortable and being Italian, we super appreciated finding a Nespresso machine with pods to use in the morning! One last note for the receptionist, who was very nice with us despite the crazy late hour (our flight got delayed) and provided us with extra water for the night! No complimentary parking and no AC - these weren’t really problems because we quickly found street parking and were okay with leaving the window slightly open at night, but just something we wanted to call out.
-
No AC but it’s SF and operable windows and efficient fan. Rooms sized for single or double occupancy. Bar affiliated with Hotel in adjacent property
-
Good location, clean, free coffee and tea Noise from the radiators that starts at 5am, small bathroom

Location was excellent and room was pretty good. Staff were helpful though we didn't need much help. No breakfast option. Didn't matter much given nearby coffee places, but something to consider. Elevator was a bit clunky but not a huge problem. Basically nitpicking.

Great hotel in the heart of Union Square and at a reasonable price. Next door is a bar that had music and karaoke. The hotel gave us x2 vouchers to use for a free drink to use there. Amazing bagel shop for breakfast and a Gelato shop across the street for a late-night treat. Everything in walking distance. China town was less than a block away. There is no parking however there is The White House Garage that is a block away and conveniently located for less than $50 a day.
