Easy check in with the Hilton app though phone. Room was clean and digital card worked perfectly. Breakfast was included and had more variety than was expecting. Highly recommend.

hotel staff didn't respect my valuable possession, they opened the room safe without my consent and without my presence and left the safe open (i want in the room for whole day)

Our stay was great, perfect location for an early morning flight. The tub is a little out dated with the high step in shower. Hard for the elderly to get in. Other than that, our stay was amazing. I do enjoy the lounge area where family could come and enjoy a meal together and not be crammed in a room eating on the bed. Thank you Spark for an awesome stay...

I visited this hotel several times before. But right now, I don' t fell like it. I won't be there anymore. Something greatly changed. The room generally is clean. But comforter doesn't feel comfortable. No coffee nor cups in the room. The breakfast is not good. Before you use the WIFI, you have to input all your information. Not sure why.

Great value overall. Sink and bathroom were very clean and the bedroom with king bed was a good size and very comfortable. I liked the blackout curtains so I could sleep longer in the mornings. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'm not a breakfast eater but I was happy to see they had Cascadian Farms granola cereal as a healthy option. Parking was spacious although as a single female traveler, I was not happy with the back parking lot which was closest to my room on the second floor. It is very dark at the stairs area with no lighting so parking after dark in a parking lot in an industrial park area was scary for me. Also, the walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors and frequent planes flying over. Overall, it was a good value though.

The only issue was that there were no glasses in the room, so we got cups from the breakfast area. Uber car used by hotel for airport shuttle. Paid for by hotel. Very quick response time. Nice stay, good value.

Very clean and easy access off of the Freeway. Staff was super friendly and made me feel very welcomed. Breakfast had lots of options. While gym was small it was clean and machines were in great shape.

Good value for money Very surprised to not have any glasses in the room, even plastic would have been ok. They supplied microwave, fridge, iron and board. But not one glass to drink a glass of water from. We take vitamins and medications and had to use the small measuring cup for the iron to drink water to take out tablets

Check in was quick and easy. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Great!

The room was indeed spacious. The bed was comfortable. I had what they called an "outdoor room". MY door had no doorsweep. THAT should be of concern to them. I have no complaints really. However, it is close enough to the airport that if you are a light sleeper, you will hear lots of air traffic.
