Room had a stuffy smell and just a little dusty

Loved access to bikes - quick ride down to the boardwalk. Helpful staff genuinely willing to make sure my experience was positive.

We never had such bad experinece in any hotel. We checked the hotel after booking one month prior to our arrival when we were in santa Monica. They showed us the right room and I called again but when I arrived booking lady talked to manager and I think they gave me lower price room Nalini Motwani

On the plus side, they did clean the room without being coaxed. Not on my return property list......sigh. Overpriced and rooms did not even have gratis coffee machines. Breakfast was ok, although bacon was undercooked and had to send back to kitchen. $30.00 for a couple egs, toast and bacon is overpriced.

I liked how clean it was inside the lobby and In the rooms I didn’t like the smell of the room when I first walked in. And also gives us an option to self park for cheaper but valet parking is the only option
