Very nice room and hotel.

Hotel staff & room were fine. Shower only had partial glass door so water was going to escape. Starbucks in lobby but was unattended when we wanted to order food & drinks.

When we arrived, we were told that our room had been downgraded from a King bed to a Full… with no refund or apology for the difference in price. Furthermore, we had been previously informed that breakfast was complementary, this is not true. It was $25 dollars per person, which is fine but I wish I was previously informed. I chose this hotel for a comfortable night for my partner and I but instead we were continuously disappointed. I wish hotel staff could have been more understanding of the fact that I had picked my room for a reason. I am completely understanding of the fact that the hotel was fully booked, however in that case it should not have even been an option to pick a King sized room because we would have just stayed somewhere else.

This hotel is in need of a major renovation. The rooms are poor quality, and the food offerings are atrocious. This is my third visit, and I don't care to ever come back until changes are made. Another thing; the classification of what is a standard room vs a junior suit needs addressing. I paid for a junior suit but got a standard room. Someone needs to address this. Charging more for a room without and adequate increase in space and amenities needs to be fixed.

When booking the room it was not disclosed that the floor I was staying on was under repair and had a loud fan in the hallway to dry things out. Unfortunately the room was not very clean.

GREAT HOTEL

The property it self is truly nice. Plenty of safe parking within the hotel. Unless you are a member, you will not receive complementary waters in your room.

It was an okay stay. Room was well worn and dated but clean-ish at least. Some sort of convention going on and other hotel stayers were up super late and loud in the hallways. Cooking something very odorous as well so that was kind of annoying. The guy at the front desk was super great so well done there. Lobby and price make this place seem prestigious and then the room kind of just lets you down would be my synopsis. Time for a reno

This property is clearly not being maintained to Hyatt standards. Our room would never have passed a basic QA inspection. We found hair on the bathroom walls, floors, and in the bathtub upon arrival. The bathroom door was crumbling, and the furniture was scratched and heavily worn. The issues extended throughout the hotel. Hallways were littered with old garbage, room service trays, and dirty dishes. Baseboards were ripped off the walls, ceilings showed water damage, and the overall property felt neglected. The outdoor pool was covered with a tarp and surrounded by a deck with a large hole in it. Walking through the atrium, we could see rooms on the 4th and 5th floors that appeared completely trashed through the windows. What frustrated me most was the lack of management response. Brandon at the front desk reviewed photos, apologized, and agreed the room was not up to standard. He advised Director of Operations Florijan Matic would contact us. Nothing. When I followed up, Brandon discovered the case had been closed without anyone reaching out. He submitted a second ticket. More than 48 hours later, still no call or email. To make matters worse, the hotel was hosting a convention featuring highly sexualized costumes and displays in public areas while children were present. The condition of the property and complete lack of follow-through made this an incredibly disappointing stay.

There was a major water main break that caused significant damage throughout the whole hotel. This happened the day before we checked in and were never alerted. Bar and restaurant closed. Clean up crews drying out everything out 24/7 in the hallways. Dirty and smelly. Told the front desk how displeased we were and they could care less! Nothing complimentary. Never again!!!

The staff are always very nice and the property itself is close to many restaurants and a mall. One of the elevators didn't seem perfectly maintained but that would be my only complaint.

It looks nice on the outside and lobby, but the rooms are very tired. We had a room on the main floor, which is actually half a level below the lobby. You can smell the pool and the mustiness of the hotel. Carpets are old, lighting is bad, TV is old tech. It's just tired. Felt a little gross to walk on the carpets.
