Decent neighborhood, but hotel itself was nicely kept. Staff was polite and courteous. Parking situation was not ideal. There's very little street parking and the only parking at the hotel is valet only. I got a message from the hotel through Expedia about getting a discount from the public parking lot across the street and was told that that was very outdated. Would've been nice to have known that before hand. Instead, I had to use their overnight valet parking for $65 per night. Valet service itself is nice at least. Bathroom was very clean, but the shower clogged after washing my hair once.

Stayed 2 times, about 10 days apart (before and after cruise). To be fair, this was right before FIFA World Cup start. Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed both times, lines were backing up at check in / check out times and the single elevator out of service didn’t help. The hotel has 2 elevators, one was out of commission during both stays. Housekeeping uses a reverse open door, but the same elevators with a priority lockout. In effect, staff was bumping guest for priority. Several times during second stay, the mandatory card key system failed to register and passengers could not ascend to their floors. The elevator would “take the code” then do nothing. Several groups were escorted to the stairs. Not acceptable for a 10+ story hotel that is in the $300 range. Breakfast was pre heated buffet. Value is debatable. Parking at $65.00 a day is inline with urban Seattle. The actual rooms were nice and modern but getting there was more of a challenge than it should have been. Plus: Hydration + ice machine should be in ALL HOTELs to cut down disposable plastic use. Great innovation!

My mother-in-law was coming up to the room. She was getting onto the elevator and he goes in there and says are you going to such in such room? She said yes that he just hands her the towels and runs off the elevator never says anything else. The breakfast was $22 and it was not worth $22. I was supposed to have complementary breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel.

Kobe was great. He was very helpful. Helped us with the ballet helped my girlfriend who was visiting me with her car he went beyond what was asked of him and I appreciate that and the hotel was in a great spot. We had a very nice day. Thank you.

1. There's only one working elevator in the entire hotel. 2. The room did not have wash clothes and only had 1/2 roll toilet tissue. I called down at check-in to request these items, they never came. The next day I had to call twice before the final brought the items. 3. At check in I used my debit card to pay. I was charged the cost of the room plus $100 deposit. On the day of check out, I was charged (AFTER I CHECKED OUT) an additional $100 deposit. I spoke to 3 different front desk reps and they each gave me a different story. Needless to say, my receipt said my room total was $493.26 and I ended up with $693.26 hold on my card. Which I'll have to wait at least a week to get both deposits back.

From the front desk, to the bar, to the food, to the staff, top notch customer service.

1) There were only 2 elevators and 1 was out of service. These two elevators are shared with staff. there were long waits for the elevator and it malfunctioned twice (not stopping on the proper floor) 2) The television would not play the channel on the channel guide. The NBA finals were on and played on the TV in the lobby but not the TV in the rooms (another guest had the same issue). 3) The barn style door for the bathroom looks quite nice but is not ideal since it is opaque. When one person went in the bathroom, it lit up the entire room. 4) Check-in took a very long time as they were dealing with a new system AND one of the 2 computers was not working. When I checked out (at 4am) the system was not working so I could not get a receipt. 5) I was told a $50 hold would be placed on my credit card. They both placed a hold AND charged an extra $50 to my bill. It is now over a week later and the hold has been removed but I am still awaiting a refund to my card. 6) There are no good restaurants in a short walking distance and the food onsite was very limited and did not open till 5p, which was late coming off eastern time.

Clean and very inviting. None

During my stay, only one of the two elevators was operational, and at times both elevators were out of service, which caused significant inconvenience. The staff appeared poorly trained and often provided inconsistent or incorrect information. No staff member or waiter explained the à la carte breakfast menu; I only learned about it from other guests. The hotel’s location was also not ideal. Additionally, there was no electric kettle or access to hot water in the room, which is a basic amenity I expected. Overall, the experience did not justify the price paid.

Very clean and great location
-
They only had 1 elevator working, made it difficult for how extremely busy they were. Shower head was not not working well, water was spraying out sideways and not good pressure.
-
The staff was great, the rooms were clean, and the location was excellent. However, one elevator was out of service, which caused long lines and wait times to get to the rooms. There was also some construction happening outside, making the area a bit messy.
-
FD PC was broken upon check in. Long line at elevator because 1 out of 2 elevators was out of service. FD unattended for more than 5 min during peak checkout hours.
-
breakfast not included ,no microwave should provided

Everything was good, except having one elevator down. Other then that I will go back there.
