Cleanliness, comfort, location I really appreciated the $10 shuttle to the cruise port Breakfast selection was not too appetizing and staff member for that one day was not very friendly

When asked about it the manager lied and said it was an issue with Xfinity and they would call them. Of course the printed channel lineup did not have Fox on it. We could have stayed at a flea bag hotel and gotten Fox. The shower head also had a leaked and sprayed water all over the bathroom. They had a big sign in the bathroom explaining that the inner curtain had to be inside the tub and the outer curtain had to be outside the tub. Of course we only had one curtain. Walls and tiles were damaged as well. The positive is it is a very good location.

Property was clean, staff was friendly and super helpful, breakfast was ok. Limited healthy options. Gym was a little shabby and but had a bench, dumbbells & a treadmill. The hotel transportation was amazing!!!

The property is close to all the sites we wanted to visit. Staff was very helpful about navigating the area. We were able to store our luggage before and after checkin/out and extended parking. The parking garage is a bit inconvenient since you have to go down an alley and get out of your car to access the keypad (would not have felt safe at night since there was a few homeless people there).

It was within walking distance of Space needle and from their could pick up trolley to pier. Felt safe.
