Staff very friendly and nice，they greet you right away the time you come in. Room is clean and mattress very comfortable. Underground parking is USD$35 per night，very easy assess just through the elevator without going outside，and very safe. Breakfast is good. Very close to Space Needle，only 8mins walk. Higly recommended！

The hotel staff were very friendly, polite, smiled and help with everything we asked them for. I asked if we could get a higher floor and they already had us at the top one. I asked for a comb and a few band aids we needed (uncomfortable shoes) and they got us some with a smile. Hotel location is great, only 4-5 bus stops from Pike Market and one night we just walked the distance, like 20-25 min. My only complaint is with whoever answered the phone lines. I called once the day before my stay there and first for like 15 min I was on hold, no one answered. Then I called again and after maybe 5 min some woman, sounded like she was just waken up, with a raspy quiet voice put me on hold without even hearing or acknowledging me in any way! After another 15 min on hold I hang up. I called a 3rd time in an hour and this time someone answered but when I asked if the hotel provides shuttle services from and to the airport, she had to check and then she said no, but didn’t sound sure. We took an Uber to the hotel and when we were checking in we saw a sign about the shuttle, it looks like they do have one but it costs maybe around $60. It’s still cheaper than the Uber. I never talk to the front desk about it, so don’t know details about it. Just really disappointed with the phone service, whoever these people are. The staff at the hotel though was great!

Location and how clean it was. Ice machine was not working when I tried to get ice.

Pros: Room clean, updated, comfy bed; Front desk staff very nice and accommodating to my room switch request. Breakfast had decent hot and cold options (but slow to refill the hot food, long line of people waiting for eggs for at least 10 minutes). No homeless people living on the street in front of hotel which is a win in Seattle. Cons: Housekeeping banged on my door and tried to enter my room at 4pm when I had just checked in and had DND sign on my door; Had to switch rooms bc room 213 (and that whole side of the hotel) sounds like there is constant generator running outside the window and it is very loud). There is a sign about construction happening but was not construction bc th noise was still running at 8pm...so I moved up to 6th floor and it was quieter. I recommend requesting a higher floor.

Rooms were clean. Common areas were clean and easy to use. Breakfasts were good; maybe could use some additional seating/tables. Location was wonderful; we walked everywhere. Check-in was easy and front desk clerks gave us some good recommendations for food and shopping and activities. Need more seating/tables for the breakfast crowds.
