Our room was pleasant and clean. Only stayed one night, because we were going on a cruise. We were happily surprised, that we could schedule a shuttle ftom the hotel to the cruise line for only $15 a person. So convenient and helpful!

Not so much chairs in cafeteria in high season. Too crowded. Lobby refrigeration was almost empty, no sodas, no varieties.

Gereat stay at the motel. The room was great. The staff is good, but could be better. The staff need more customer service training.

Great hotel, good location. Only issue-they lost our shuttle reservations twice. Quickly resolved this issue, but it caused some stress.

Very popular hotel in a good location. Only negative is that both times we booked shuttles they lost the bookings. Other than that, great hotel and would stay there again.

Great location for all that Seattle offers with views of the Space Needle. Breakfast was a bonus however the queue was too long if you didn’t time it right.

The staff and breakfast were great, but the rooms are outdated, especially the floors; the rugs are old and dingy, and the tiles were loose on the floor. The rooms need some updating.
