Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Galleria - Ballpark Area by IHG

We stayed in room 202 at the end of the hallway. It had some quirks… there was no cold water; only very warm and hot water. The A/C unit is loud. The power outlets for the microwave and coffee maker were kind of in a weird place, and so you had to maneuver the items around to plug them in. The bathroom light took a few seconds to turn on. So mostly minor stuff. Was weird brushing teeth with hot water though. All that aside; the place was nice and clean, and room service was very generous and nice as well. The breakfast was good, I just wish the area was more open and not set up in a nook. It easily got to be crowded. We would stay again, but request another room. Was within walking distance of Truist Park and the battery, Wendy’s, Panda Kitchen, and QT.

That was a wonderful experience with family!

Typical Holiday Inn. Clean and well kept. Basic amenities with a solid free breakfast. Close to Truist Field and a mall, lots of nearby food options. Staff was fine with limited contact. The air conditioning was pretty lousy, room was always very hot and it was loud.

Great breakfast and comfortable room, convenient to walk to the ballpark.

Great stay! This was our second time staying here & it was perfect. Walking distance to the Battery & Truist Park which made it even better!

It was a great place to stay

Rooms need more attention to thorough cleaning, especially the bathrooms. Filthy corners, sour smelling shower curtains, toilets need better cleaning around them. Just has a lower mid level feel now as compared to just a couple of years ago. Desk employees were always friendly and kind as were the breakfast attendants. No complaints other than room needed a good scrubbing.

The hotel overall was clean and in a great location. I have stayed here before and will more than likely be staying here again.

Hot showers, comfortable bed, walking distance to Truist Park, plenty of coffee and easy access into the building. Would stay again.

Everything was good! I did request new bedding, and it was done quickly with no complaints. I appreciate the staff here.
