Gorgeous views. Super professional staff. Room was clean, spacious and super comfortable. Views were superb. Generous breakfast too. Great amenities like the pool The crowd is mostly retirees. Not a bad thing but something to consider. Definitely changed the vibes. Also, my room had no plugs or usb ports by the bed.

Hotel Bristol in Sorrento is everything you picture when you imagine the Amalfi Coast — dramatic cliffside setting, sweeping views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius from nearly every vantage point, and warm, old-world Italian hospitality that you feel the moment you walk in. We stayed here as a family and it was honestly one of the highlights of our entire trip. Our room's view was simply incredible — the kind you stop and stare at every single time because it still doesn't feel real. Breakfast was a full event with unobstructed views of the entire bay: a magnificent spread of fresh local ingredients, plus a chef in the dining room making eggs to order every morning. Our daughter looked forward to it every single day — largely because of Luca, one of the breakfast staff, who gave her a fist pump each morning without fail. Those little moments are what you remember. Beyond the property itself, the staff went above and beyond to make the logistics of our trip seamless. They arranged a private driver for a gorgeous day along the Amalfi Coast through Ravello and Atrani, and coordinated our transfer to Naples airport when it was time to go. They even packed us a to-go breakfast to take with our transfer since we weren't able to grab breakfast in the morning. Everything was handled with genuine care and zero friction. Whether you're exploring the coast by day or unwinding on the rooftop at sunset, Hotel Bristol is the perfect home base. It's about a 10 minute walk from the city center, but the hotel makes it for it with the sweeping views that you would likely not have staying in the city center.

Nice hotel, amazing view from our room as well as the common areas. Breakfast was great. Staff was extremely friendly and helped us book a great one day excursion to Amalfi and Positano by boat Only two things: our bed was extremely uncomfortable, not even remotely up to standard. Walls were extremely thin and we were woken up by our neighbors every day (despite them not doing anything unusual).

The property was elegant and the service was exceptional. The views from the dining room and from our terrace suite were spectacular. What a gem of a property.

What truly stood out was the availability of an on-call chef who could prepare any kind of breakfast on request, making it a personalized and indulgent start to the day. Even more special was the restaurant setting itself, with tables overlooking the grand marina views—an absolutely sublime way to begin the morning. Everything about the Bristol Hotel was exceptional. The location, the view, the staff, the food, the room. The bar tender was exceptional and staff in the restaurant was phenomenal. Because November is the "off" season, the hotel was not full and therefore the pool and some other amenities were not available, it was still a wonderful experience. There was nothing to complain about.
