shower in our room was too small. Maybe because we were in the older building. I cannot say if it is the same in both buildings

The hotel was close to the main Boulevard in Sorrento, and the city itself its a jewel that is worth visiting, specialy if you wanna make a trip to the Amalfi Coast Small bathroom

The room I received was not the same as the one I booked on Booking.com, nor did it match the photos shown there. Instead of a queen bed, there were two single beds pushed together, each with its own mattress, which was uncomfortable. I had booked a room with a bathtub, but the one they gave me only had a shower. When I raised these issues at reception, the staff treated me poorly. They told me that the room I booked was not available and insisted that two single beds combined were the same as a queen bed, which was not true. Additionally, upon arrival, I was asked to write down my credit card details on a piece of paper, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. Therefore, I am requesting a refund of approximately $200, which represents the difference between the room I originally booked and the one I was given. PS: there is a photos and video for the room

Breakfast was very good, and the staff were really friendly and accomodating. The location of the hotel was also very good being a short walk away from the city centre The beds were a little tired and the bathroom a little small but yet equipped with everything that you would need.

Breakfast was full of choice, location is in walking distance of the centre, rooms have all you need but the best part is the kind and friendly staff and the pool / rooftop terrace. Both wonderful in a busy and hot town like Sorrento.

it was at very good location & closest to harbour. Not liked it overall expected more other than good location , bathrooms leaking , while shower even water came up to rooms . Bad bugs found . Not clean tea cattle , it was with noddle in it .
