Big and clean I really didn't not like anything
-
Loved our room had a small balcony which had great views especially at night when all the lights were on. Breakfast was great and the staff were very welcoming and remembered what i had the day before and they remembered our names which made us feel special. Walking distance to town and all the beautiful restaurant's. Loved everything about this hotel. Absolutely nothing it was perfect.

Great location. Close to everything we wanted to see.

Location Slightly overpriced

The restaurant staff is excellent. We felt like royalty during the breakfast. The pool was open even though it wasn't heated and I love cold water so it was perfect. There was a noise in the room we had the entire stay. It sounded like a clock ticking inside the wall or water dripping.

Perfect location and the staff were wonderful. I liked everything

This was such a great hotel for our stay in Sorrento! The views were AMAZING and it was just a short 5 min walk from the Main Street with all the restaurants and shops. The rooms were the biggest we experienced in all of our Italy stays. The bar/restaurant was the perfect spot for cocktails overlooking the view. Staff was incredibly helpful! 10/10 would recommend this place!

Pool was freezing

The staff, especially Claudia, could not do enough for me. I had an issue with my booking at the start and she went abov

Room size, breakfast area, terrace, lobby, stuff location Nothing to say
-
Great location and nice views of the water The staff should be able to adjust the temperature in the rooms when temperature is abnormally hot during off-season. It’s not fair for that paying customer to suffer in a warm room.
-
There’s not an iron in your room. You have to go to a separate, designated room for ironing, where there was only one.

Located in a very nice spot as it’s not super busy outside the hotel with the exception of a busy street, but we’re located right next to a prime strip for walking and shopping. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Nice restaurants around the property, and a great view from the pool and balconies. Rooms were kind of small and as an American the AC system is obviously different than ours and wasn’t as strong but I don’t know if that would constitute as a strike on the otherwise good record this hotel has

Great location and great view
-
I loved the location and value. Great staff and rooms were comfortable. No help with luggage

The hotel was clean and the room and bathroom were especially spacious for Europe. The location overlooking the water was spectacular as were the views from the restaurant, and the balcony, and the pool. The breakfast which was included was one of the best I have had in Italy. They cooked eggs to order, plus the buffet was plentiful and good. You could walk to all the main attractions in Sorrento. Nothing.

Their breakfast simple but so delicious

Perfect location, clean, exceptionally beautiful inside and out! Loved the staff at the desk and the restaurant. Everyone made you feel so welcome and they helped with anything you needed. Love it! I’ll be back!!!! Nothing.

Couldn’t have a better location, we watch hundreds of people dragging their suitcases along the cobblestone streets. We pulled the car up and unloaded. Walked about half a block to the pedestrian street where everything is. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is pretty good, not the best but there is a variety of items to choose from. The coffee lady is great. Nice view from our deck. Wasn’t a fan of the shower head and our room was directly under the restaurant so every chair that was moved makes a sound when n our room. Minor inconvenience really not worth mentioning but Bookings asked.
