LOCATION!!

Location was perfect. Staff were amazing and breakfast was great. I liked everything, to help better the experience - I was in a two bed apartment. The one room with two twin beds was great, spacious and comfortable. The room with the king bed was very small. No mirrors and no where for luggage’s. the bathroom also needs hooks for towels and more counter space.

Location was perfect! It was clean. The cleaning staff put our wet clothes (left drying on the shower) in the bidet and moved our luggage. No view from the room. I had to ask where the spa area is as you can’t see it. I thought maybe they’d ask if I wanted a tour to entice me to purchase something. No.

All was amazing the only thing is the quarters were close in the hallway do we heard people walking around talking but that was juts our floor otherwise it was small but clean updated comfortable and breakfast was really good with eggs and American coffee. we would stay again

Nothing No real value for money

The room was clean and comfortable. The TV had SKY TV which offered both english and italian options. The bed was comfortable and having the massage downstairs was great as I was looking for a place that offered massages. I called reception the morning we were checking out to order a taxi. A man answered and I asked if he could call us a taxi to the ferry. He replied bluntly "it's only a short distance, you should walk". I explained that we had a lot of luggage and would not be able to take them down the steps to the ferry. After some back and forth he reluctantly agreed. I was surprised I needed to argue my case for a standard request like booking a taxi. When we got to reception to check out there was a bald gentleman (Same guy I spoke to on the phone). I asked if the taxi was on its way and he replied in a nonchalant disinterested manner "I didn't order you a taxi, you can walk to the square and get one yourself. Unbelievable how he couldn't accomodate a simple task. Apart from this bald guy the rest of the staff and stay was great.

Hotel Tasso was very clean and the staff was attentive. We did pay for the continental breakfast which I think was nice but definitely not needed with the many coffee shops steps away from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again- location was central to everything in Sorrento and will recommend this to family and friends who go to Sorrento! Nothing that I did not like.

Location. Carla at the spa was amazing. Rooms are spacious for the area. Air conditioning worked well. Cleaning staff could have done a bit better, but it was clean. No extra towels. Had Jacuzzi in room and were not given extra towels for use with it or floor towels when getting out. No conditioner unless you ask for it. They did not replenish body gel or shampoo unless requested. Only 1 tiny trash can in bathroom. Very inconvenient. Did not replace “free” water to in room tea. The hotel could be great but no attention to small things. Give extra towels. Replenish supplies. Give a trash can for the room, not just tiny one for bathroom.

Breakfast was very good I’m a smoker but unfortunately there is no place to smoke , you must go outside in the street

Staff helped in every way. They ensured we stayed in a quiet room not facing the busy road. I consider that excellent customer service. The room was comfortable. The bed was perfect for our preference. Lift was available. Location was near restaurants, sites, train station, and shopping craziness!!! ? We liked everything but a word of caution when leaving the building. You step right onto a busy street. We aren’t accustomed to vehicles that close.
