Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Suites San Francisco Airport

Nice clean room comfortable bed

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was very welcoming and helpful Only downfall were several wall plugs were not functional.

Location #1, Staff was amazing at the front desk and restaurant along with housekeeping. Wish the restaurant had at least two more options for dinner on the menu.

We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely share our feelings with others looking to stay near SF international Airport. The burger and fries from the bar was very delicious and the bartender/cook/dishwasher was very pleasant and thorough in handling our requests.

Usually stay at Hilton Hampton almost the same quality that is the room sheets bed fixtures the only thing was difficult for me because was the three steps at the entryway. I walk with a cane. But otherwise everything else is great

good location, clean and friendly staff I asked to have my room cleaned and it never happened. I was told it would but it didn’t. Coffee area was a mess late in the day and no coffee offered.

The staff did not get me checked in and charged me twice for the booking. I've reached out a few times and still no response.

The people next door were having a hotel party would not stop talking loud all night I went downstairs at 4 in the morning and there was no staff there I had to take a uber to another hotel in the middle of the night because the noise was unbearable. The hotel was nice and the staff was nice but I wish I would’ve got to move rooms.
