The staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and there were lots of choices. I liked the Crabtree & Evelyn bath products. The bedding, bath, and room were very clean.

Room was good. Food was very good at onsite restaurants (Lindsay's served breakfast and the pub and grill served lunch and dinner). One elevator was out of service and could have come in handy since the place was crowded.

Nice hotel. Great service. Common areas are in good shape. No drinking water in the gym. Room was a bit dated, but very nice and functional. Breakfast buffet included. Fruit and meat options were good; breads were institutional and brought the experience down a bit.

We complained about the A/c. Someone check on it and said it was because the curtain was in the way of the vent. Room stayed hot. Pool out of order

This hotel is dated. Stained carpeting, dinged up doors, dirty shower curtains. Our vehicle wouldn’t fit in the parking garage. One positive, the breakfast buffet was pretty good!

Everything was great- only problem was one of the elevators was broken. We were there for a big firefighters memorial and it made it difficult getting up and down(I was in the 9th floor) with all the kids

Very clean rooms. Property is very walkable to the venue. The Front desk staff named Will was very nice.

The staff were friendly and mostly helpful, and the room was clean. The lobby area was very nice. The hotel itself had some areas, such as the pool and locker rooms, that had some significant issues. The pool was damaged, water was very cloudy, there were no towels, the locker rooms were clean-ish but had significant water damage to the ceilings and walls. The hallways in the hotel were damaged - wallpaper torn off, etc. overall the staff we encountered were very friendly but the hotel is not very well maintained.

Clean rooms, large lobby, good size bathroom The elevators were very dirty. The elevator to the parking garage was very dirty and the safety certificate expired 5 months ago in December 2025.
