clean, convenient, comfortable. It is quite and in a good and safe location. Will definitely recommend to my friends. too many codes to get it but at the end once done once, it is already easy.

Location to The ferry No human contact The elevator was confusing at first - you need a 10 cents to operate the elevator.

We loved the view from our room, early check-in (we arrived from a ferry), location to the port, metro stops and taxis. It was very easy to catch a taxi to the airport for 24 euros at 6am on the busy street, close to the building. Rooms are on the 10th floor, so elevator is required with bags (note: there's a 10 euro cent charge to use the elevator between 0800 and 1700, free on Sat and Sun) Not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, dop kits, etc ( minor).

10 cents is needed to operate the lift, the whole floor and room spelt of cigarette smoke which was horrible, no cups or glasses in the room

There aren’t any cups in the room. I wanted to take some pills because of headache but I couldn’t.

Payment of using an elevator using 10 cents coins. Maybe alternative methods can be found

Very clean and the view from balcony was great, we book a room with balcony, the fridge was there, we stay at weekend so we don’t need to pay for elevator but monday-Friday you have to pay 10 cent , location was perfect , self check in Paying for elevator and the place to leave baggage after check out was 10 min from the hotel

Very good location, beautiful views over the port, city and the bay. You have to pay 10 cents for the elevator. I mean, I don't mind paying for the lift, but in the slot only fits 10cents and nothings else and this was nowhere written before the check-in notification. Very disturbing and stressful.

I like the ability to self-check aspects, the convenience of being close to the port, and cleanliness of the rooms. There is also a grocery around the corner from the complex which was convenient. The exterior of the building where the apartments is run down, dark and doesn’t leave the best 1st impression. However, Inner city Naples is covered in graffiti and trash so is about par for the city. It did make me wonder if itwould have been better to get a hotel. The elevators are old and scary… I wouldn’t get more than two people at a time and it charges for it’s use on the weekdays.

This place is right next to the port. It’s really convenient if you want to take the ferry. Check-in was very fluent and the staff was quite friendly. Strongly recommend this place. You need to pay 10 cents to take the lift btw 8am and 8pm. It’s a bit annoying when you don’t have enough 10cent coins. But I don’t think that’s a big deal. Again in general, this place is really good.

The location was good. The sheer curtains don’t block the direct sun coming into the room. Therefore the room gets hot and you get woken up with the sun beaming at your face. The AC was necessary to keep the room decent, but sometimes it would turn off. Also there were a lot of ants that we saw in the bathroom, room and even some in the bed. This was room number 5. May want an exterminator as that was unpleasant, but luckily we only stayed one night. Also you have to pay 10 cents to use the elevator to go up to the 10th floor where the apartments are. That was new to me so make sure to have change on you.

The location was nice, the room was clean, cool view from the balcony (8th floor). Paying for an elevator is a bit of an exaggeration, the first time I've encountered such a thing.

First of all, I liked the view from the window, the cleanliness and simplicity. And also the self-check in. An interesting experience. There were no glasses for water and no water in the fridge, especially in the heat, bottle of water is very important
