Lincoln Lodge

Dirty, smelly room overall. Leaky shower faucets with a tub that didn’t drain well. Completely unsafe stairway they roped off with crime scene tape on my second day. Thankfully I didn’t discover the cockroaches until the morning I was leaving.

It had an old building feel to it! Lincoln May well have slept there.

The room was simple but clean. No hairdryer. No amenities however wasn’t too surprised for the amount of money we paid for the room. It worked for us.

It states on the outside sign microwave and frig in all rooms. Our room was without and microwave. When asked for one, the gentlemen at the bar stated that it only came with weekly rentals, but the young lady working the desk was nice enought to find us one from a vacant room.

The price of room was to high for conditions of room. The room was very cold, bed was very uncomfortable, 2 small little pillow for a queen size bed. Wall to thin, people yelling all night long . No breakfast. Never again. Close to university of Illinois, that was the best part...

Omgosh, just horrible. Only stayed 1 night.

The staff were friendly and efficient and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

This hotel is near by , Great location . But other than that it's a worthless motel

When I first got there, the room was soooo cold but the lady at the front desk was super nice and let me move to a different room, which was a lot warmer. The room was very comfy although the blankets were a bit thin.

The hotel fit what needed for my trip. The staff was really friendly. I was very happy because they let me check in early as I arrived sooner than expected. This very important for me. I wish it was closer to U of I. But this would be my only complaint.

Only use as a last resort. The plastic between the mattress and the sheets was pretty off-putting. The age of the comforters and sheets was also a little nerve racking. The bathroom didn't really look like it had been cleaned. If the bedding looked better taken care of and the sheets didn't come off the bed in the middle of the night I could recommend the hotel.

The towels and sheets weren't changed everyday. The 'freed' breakfast consisted of cereal and toast.

Non smoking area just like smoking area. Noisy. Can not get into sleeping well because of this. Not clean. Facility is bad.

It was a horrible experience, very dirty place. I've stayed at other hotels for about the same amount of money on a weekend like this and are much cleaner. Hotel is very outdated. Hardly any outlets and the ones that are there are behind all sorts of furniture. Even when you go to reception area it's horrible. I would rather stay at a campsite than the Lincoln Lodge.
