I would definitely be back soon. The stay at Embassy Suites was amazing!

I never leave reviews but this hotel deserves one. Got married and my husband and i decided to do a mini moon here. And we both give it a 10 outta 10 in every category!! Customer service, cleanliness, food, amenities, convenience. We have decided to come back each year for a weekend we enjoyed it that much!

Location Whole operation and management fail from before check in to duration of stay.

The entire staff, facilities and all the stay was an excellent experience and we would absolutely come back. This was our very first time in Virginia Beach and the Embassy staff made it very memorable.

Everything was great room was beautiful. The staff very friendly everyone at the front desk. If there is a complaint, the only complaint I could have is the parking but besides that everything was fantastic.

The Breakfast was delicious and we loved the food!!!!! The buffet was outstanding !!! No Complaints!!!

Everything was lovely Food,Service, the amenities the beach. The only thing is that if it's a king size bed it needs to actually be a king size bed those beds are not king size beds those our Queens and the beds was a little hard and not in a good way. But other than that everything was wonderful.

I literally love everything here! All the amenities are great!!!! All everything you need is here to spend the best vacation here.

We had an excellent stay. The pool was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the beach service was outstanding, with convenient access to umbrellas and other rentals. The hotel was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great restaurants, an excellent breakfast, and a beautiful beach just a short walk away. Overall, everything exceeded our expectation. The only drawback was that beach chairs and umbrellas came with an additional fee. While I understand that these are separate beach amenities, the extra charges felt a bit excessive considering they are located right in front of the resort and are something many guests are likely to use.

The room was exactly as described. a perfect view of the ocean. a very spacious room layout. great pool area and beach access was wonderful. we purchased a day bed and clam shell canopy for a day and it was amazing to just relax and enjoy the beach. had to drive to restaurants and shopping so additional parking fees was not ideal

Really quite nice

it started great with Julie at check in. from there it slowly started to not be so good. we ordered an ocean view room. we were told we were given an accessible room because the other rooms like pictured were not available. the managers reception at most embassy suites serves real food, all week when we attended it was warm cheese squares, crackers, raw vegetables, and a line to wait in for 2 drinks each. (not what we are used to) in our room we moved to sofa to be able to see the ocean and found broken glass on the ground. the three hotels you have as part of the resort, only one has a hot tub and it wasn't the embassy. when we walked over to the hot tub we were asked to leave, the night before both other hotels gladly took our money in their restaurants and lounges, but we could not use the hot tub. we used valet parking for part of the stay about 50% was great the other half was not a good experience. one day after a somewhat long day we went out to sit near the ocean in a chair only to have someone tell us 10 minutes later at 6pm the chairs had to be put away. we visited for a week spending over $4000 and have had way better experiences for half that at other properties.
