Elevator did not work so there was only one working for all the guest staying there. (There were 9 floors)! Four Points Sheridan did not tell us ahead of booking our room that you need a $75 deposit BEFORE you checked in at the front desk. Stay somewhere else!

It was clean. Everyone was nice and helpful. I centrally located to everything. Loved waking up to the ocean sunrise. The parking garage is a little tight. The first ramp is a bit scary.

Quiet neighbors, clean hotel, awesome staff! 1 elevator was down for the entire week! 1 working elevator for 9 floors of guests is tough. I would definitely return to Four Points though!

Rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos. Parking garage is too tight. Lighting in hallway is too dim. Rooms are too noisy - can hear the slightest noises from outside.

Location; balcony; convenience store; restaurant, staff, cleanliness People smoking marijuana everywhere inside so we smelled it in the halls and on the balcony. The elevator was a major issue. Took forever. Only one working elevator and it sounds like it’s gonna break.

The design of the room made it possible to organize and see all of your belongings. The balcony gave the feel of being on a cruise ship looking out at the ocean. The breakfast was delicious and reasonable. The staff was very accomodating. My Beach Hotel of Choice.
