Perfect location to beach and many restaurants and shopping. At first was concerned about off site parking but ended up being really close and easy to get to.

Con:'s The 1st room was on the bottom floor. When I made the reservation, it did not say anything about being on the bottom floor. But the desk clerk stated that is what I paid for. The patio was facing the pool. Anyone could look straight into the room from the pool. The desk clerk stated to close the curtains. Who wants to sit in a dark room most of the time. They gave me another room. 2nd room: Refrigerator was not cooling. The maintenance man(I guess that is who he was) came and check it after my husband went to the desk clerk to tell her it was not cooling. He stated it was a old refrigerator and that is what they do. I thought we could get a replacement or something. He did say I will see about getting you a discount for this. Never heard from anyone again. I don't like the fact that if you don't use valet, you have to park your car in a sketchy looking parking lot on next block from the hotel.

I enjoy the first hotel room, no complaints five star plus

While we did enjoy our stay we did find a live spider in our bed our first night.

Lady checking us in was very unwelcomeing. Hallways elevator and lobby was a sauna. Ran out of toilet paper. Had to hunt down towels. Pool was decent. Restaurant food was a hard no. But good drinks. Parking is 2 blocks away. Not terrible but I wasn't aware til check in. Carpet in how room was sticky. Like moist. Bathroom was clean and updated. Would not stay again.

Pool closed at 8 pm on a Saturday night. The property smelled like weed. Several times we had to get a new key along with others because it wouldn't work and had to be reprogrammed. Also had a late check in and the room wasn't ready. We didn't get anything for the late check in. There were no towels ready at the pool either

Great experience right from the start. Front desk clerk (Sarah)was amazingly friendly and helpful, the room was exactly as described and very clean. Every part of the stay was great, and the location and view couldn’t be any better. Will definitely be back soon.

The room smelled musty, there was stuff all over the shower curtain, the room was nasty, we let the people know up front, but nothing was done…it was not a place I would recommend for anyone to stay at, the pool was not clean, you have to park 1.5 miles away and walk in, the employees get the parking spaces at the hotel, so nowhere near for handicap people to get, between the smell and the dirtiness, I don’t recommend…the ONLY good thing was the view of the ocean.

Nice view of beach. Great service at Calypso Restaurant/Bar. Takes a while for hot water to heat up for a shower or bath.

It was definitely an older building. The room was clean but there were stains on the carpet. The view was amazing minus the roof of the down stairs restaurant. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had to get my room key reset daily because it would stop working

The location was good, it was quiet, and the staff was great. The parking. Not enough spaces had to park around the corner.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy! The staff were very friendly and our room had a gorgeous view of the ocean. I certainly would book this hotel again!!
