The location is fantastic, but our room felt quite dated. The furniture and bathroom are in need of a modernization or a complete refresh to match the quality of the property's surroundings.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this is the very first time I had money stolen from my room. The staff was not helpful. We left on friday morning and didn't hear anything from them until I called on monday.And at this point they want me to make a police report and said, that's all they can do.

We checked in on a Monday and are checking out on Thursday. After a long day at Legoland and the beach, we were looking forward a clean room, showers and bed. Instead nothing had been cleaned. After calling twice for clean towels I went downstairs to the housekeeping area and was able to get towels and toilet paper from an employee - you can see me carrying it all in the picture. I wish it would have been a cleaner room because the location of the hotel and the layout of the room is perfect for a family of 5.

Breakfast was really good, with lots of choices. Hot food! Parking was close to building and staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was easy, we didn’t need much service wise, but the employee at check in was very nice at check in and out, everyone greeted us. The hotel is clean, the hotel breakfast is good, and there is a Dutch bros right next to the hotel if you like to go out for coffee. The bed was very comfy, and the room was clean.

Location and room size It advertises a lobby bar but it’s not really a bar it’s a extension of the front desk with the reception person also pouring drinks with a limited selection of stuff to choose from. No whiskey no mixers just not really a bar . Don’t say you have a bar .
