The reems are clean, comfortable beds, the pool and spa are heated, amazing. Decent breakfast buffet with a little charge. We had a housekeeper come in every day for 4 days we were there to make beds, take out trash and bring us clean towels!!

staff were always helpful and friendly. housekeeping got the first 3 days it was “bad”, only did the bed and took out trash. amenities were fun for the kids. overall great for families.

TV hard to operate. Asked front desk for help, they had no idea. Sent engineer who said new system and not sure how to operate. No magnifying mirror and didn’t know what that was. . No safe in room, offered safe deposit box at front desk. Comparable to motel 6. Breakfast $17.95 for only basic foods. $200+ per night for 1* type hotel. No reason to ever come back.

Stayed overnight for a Legoland trip. I went with my 2 children and it was perfect for us. Delicious Italian food immediately across the street from the entrance. Pretty good continental-style breakfast. SPACIOUS rooms with nice flooring. Overall, great stay! We’ll definitely back.

Staying here for the 4th time

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn in Carlsbad. Had a relaxing stay. Had dinner at the on site restaurant , Stratus and enjoyed a yummy and healthy fish dinner. We then sat down around an outdoor fire pit in the courtyard and then walked around the courtyard. It wasn’t very crowded so our stay was very relaxing and peaceful.
