Problem with slow remote response, access to internet not always available and regulating air conditioner was a problem.

Comfortable suite and good breakfast

It was a nice location, clean, and several restaurants within walking distance The lady at the front check in had forgotten about us in the lobby and then left. We ended up redoing check in again with another staff member

The bathroom was extremely small and did not include basic toiletries such as body lotion. The shower was very noisy, and there was hardly any space to move—my hands kept touching the shower curtain. The carpet did not feel clean, which made the room feel uncomfortable overall. The TV was quite small and poorly positioned, making it difficult to watch comfortably. The location seems good, but I did not get a chance to explore the surrounding area.

The bed was terrible and the couch and chair only was able to stay one night. Is there any way to get our money for the night we could not stay there. The couch was like sitting on a rock. We were told when checking out that they had a new mattress for that room but they did not change it out before we checked in. My husband had to sleep on the couch

It was nice and clean, and the free breakfast selection was actually good We stayed two days I thought they would come clean the room while we were out.

Property was clean and smelled good. It is close to everything you need. Food and convenience places within walking distance. Room was great. Comfortable bed and all the amenities needed. We will be staying here again.

Unfortunately I can't give the hotel a perfect score because we were unable to check in an hour early. Also the 1 ice machine was out of orderr. The rest of our stay there was great. The rooms are small but have room for everything. Also took advantage of the EV chargers.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had a hotel. The room next to mine (Room 129) suddenly became noisy at around 1:00 AM and continued to about 2:00 AM. Laughter, yelling, and noisy conversations was enough for me to go to the receptionist desk and complain. The person working the desk was asleep and I apparently woke him up. His eyes were bloodshot and in hindsight, possibly due to using drugs. I was told he would call the room, and I never heard a call. I only heard a knock but there were a few people going in and out of the room, so it could have been anybody. For a while the noise subsided because it appeared people had left. Then around 3:00 AM the noise starts up again as if there is a party going on in the room. I couldn't take it anymore and was tired with an early report to work time at 7:00 AM. I had to go to another hotel because of this. The room next to mine on the first floor is usually for guests who are hearing impaired or have a disability. I realized what was going on after seeing three young people outside smoking while there are a few people in the room. The receptionist must know the people who were in the room because nothing was being done about the noise. I was lied to and that made me angry. I said an unpleasant word about the receptionist because I was tired, frustrated, and angry over having no peace and rest in my room. The receptionist then made threats and tried to intimidate me over the issue. Do not recommend.

Room and bathroom were clean, which is the most important thing. My stay was quiet. Breakfast was a nice perk. The lobby had coffee and water always available, which is also nice.

Comfortable bed, front desk is very friendly, and the breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again if i need to come back. Thank you for a great service and a great room:)
