The hotel was good enough. A little pricey for having old carpeting all over the elevators, hall floors and rooms, but it was not bad. The staff was great and very helpful. Breakfastmade-to-order omelet was yummy. Good location.

There wasn’t bedding for the sofa bed we were three people clearly requested in our reservation. then the bedding arrived and was broken. I requested another bedding set and finally arrived. Later in the evening i requested to freeze some ice packs to keep my medicine refrigerated during our trip and the following day the ice packs were not frozen. So I had to wait for hours to get the icepacks frozen so I could travel. Really bad experience

Minor issues: The room was fairly clean. There was some dust in the bathroom, furniture and candy found on the floor under the table from the previous guests. The room was cleaned during our stay, but they did not restock our toilet paper.

There was no one else at the bar, and I did order two cocktails and a soda. I did not leave a tip and that is not a typical response from me, but really bummed in the treatment.

My bed looked clean, but you could see the space between the headboard and the wall hadn’t been touched in a while. I’d think it would be vacuumed every now and then. I’m not expecting anyone to move furniture every room clean for quick turnovers. As I lay in bed, a fairly large black spider crawled over me. That was a bit scary, coming from a person who has a fear of bugs/insects. The staff were friendly during check in and check out, so that was a nice experience.

The staff was friendly; $35 for breakfast was excessive IMP; I am not a frequent customer of bars so no comment.

This hotel is a company favorite as it is close to our world HQ. But we do have many choices. Over the last 10 years the owners have worked hard to keep the Hilton promise. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t addressed immediately and with earnest commitment. I feel like my business is valued.

Clean room. Pillows were squishy, two nightstands and makeup wipes available. The wall mounted shampoo was empty though. I do appreciate that the bath products are sulfate and paraben free! Breakfast seemed pricey considering how many trendy brunch places are in the area. Parking was easy. Cat and dog friendly so keep that in mind if you have allergies. Staff was friendly and busy upon check-in. No staff at desk for checkout.
