They sent me away and told me that my room wasn’t ready. I’ve contacted hotels.com for a refund and no one will contact me

Do you like strangers coming into the building at all hours of the day and night? Again, this is your place. The side door was open and didn't require a keycard to get in. I reported the open door three times, and each time the person I reported it to acted as if they didn't know.

Do not stay here!! Rooms have a horrible smell. Hallways smell like sewer system back up issues. Carpet in rooms and hallways need cleaning and shampooing. Staff was polite and helpful . Breakfast was ok. The refrigerator did not get cool . I would not stay here again . The cost was about $102.00 per night. I guess you get what you pay for.

It does not look like the pictures. Looks like projects. There was what looked like a blood stain on the carpet near the mirror. Bed was clean and comfy but that’s it.

Staff was very helpful when asked about restaurants in the area. Very friendly and professional!

The staff was friendly.. My room was clean, but I did notice minor wear downs; nothing big.. And I didn't have a problem finding parking the few days I was there.. The only "con" I can really say about this hotel (for me atleast) was a weird scent in the hallway.. The best I can describe it, it's as if a cat peed on the rug or something (?).. But overall, I enjoyed my stay; I would return again.

The negatives were musty hallways; our room was very tiny for a King sized bed; bathroom counter was too small and they didn’t get their supplies for Saturday breakfast ( no milk, no fruit, no oatmeal or granola). The price was a little high for what we experienced.

When I showed up they didn't have our room ready. So we wound up in a different room. Bed was small and uncomfortable for us. Halls smelled like weed. Place smelled funny. Shower wasn't the greatest I think they could have done better

The hotel was closed to the mall and shopping center. The A/C blows cold inside your room. The staff is friendly.

carpet was old and was smelly, sheets looked used. limited plug outlets near bed.

It was by no means a luxury hotel. The staff was first rate the breakfast was excellent. It was quiet and peaceful. The only thing was that the room A/C was a bit too noisy. The hotel was centrally located and everything was within walking distance. Unbelievably well organized area with every conceivable restaurant.
