1 star hotel. Joke. I want a refund -- I was lead on.

Would stay here again clean rooms nice selection for breakfast

Gym equipment is not maintained and outdated, generally hotel is poorly maintained Water leak in the room from rooftop that crew did not seem to be worried about

The breakfast room it did Not have hot Grits nor hot Oatmeal, the hot water was taken off of the coffee machine so no one could No make instant grits or oatmeal and maybe get a microwave to reheat waffles/sausage/eggs..

Hotel was good, though the pool was extremely cold.

Spacious room and the staff were very helpful and responsive.

The mattress for the pullout bed had MOLD growing all over it. The pool was ice cold. would recommend if you want some place cheap with nice front desk people.

Great breakfast

I could hear the neighboring room’s occupant’s conversation and tv clearly. The walls are very thin. The shower seat in the walk in shower was rotted and coming apart. You could see through the seams on the bottom, because they had come undone. It was full of mold and mildew and completely disgusting. The floor in the bathroom in front of the shower was soft and water damaged. The tiles were loose and broken. The sink faucet was restricted, hardly any water flow. The room was otherwise clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. There is a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. The young lady that checked me in was rude and dismissive. Couldn’t even be bothered to tell me where the elevator was, as I was on the 3rd floor, or give directions to my room. When I came in late from work on the last night of my stay, my key card quit working. The doors were locked at 11 pm. Tried to ring the door bell for 10 minutes with no luck. I had to call the motel to get someone to let me in and reprogram the key card. I was very disappointed. I’ve stayed at several other comfort inns and had good experiences every time. This was just ridiculous. I’ll be staying elsewhere for the rest of this job.

Comfortable bed. Quiet. Good location. The stairway door was propped open. That's a fire hazard. The pool area was not securely locked creating a life threatening situation. We pointed these issues out to staff but they didn't take action, acted as if it wasn't a problem.

The 2 "men" who run the whole hotel or at least the front counter are terrible. They're rude and don't know a thing about guest services. They overcharged one of our cards twice. Here it is 10 days later and the charges are still pending and argued with ME over it like it was my job or mess up. Literally just 2 nepo babies running that place. "Russ" who's supposedly the manager doesn't have a clue how to do anything but take your money. The other guy who I'm assuming is a brother (not sure) likes to use the rooms that are booked for personal use. I saw him go into the room across from us and use the bathroom for god knows what. He was in there for a good 10-15 mins then left. In my opinion super shady. I'd definitely stay ANYWHERE else besides this motel.

They had friendly and courteous staff. This hotel is in a great location. Saw a roach in closet

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Overall it was clean just slightly run down. Breakfast everyday was good and a nice addition. Pool was ok and hot tub is non existent. Location was alright felt safe and was close to everything.

Room was clean, seen stains on curtains. Also I booked this room just for the day so we could enjoy the hot tub and indoor pool. But after check in we were told it’s not a hot tub, it’s a cold plunge! Like what!?! Bags of trash were left at the end of the hall by the elevator for a long time. We also had a torn a blanket on our bed. And the ac had turned off at one point and was not turning on.

The location was perfect.
