All was fine.

The room was nice and cold. The beds were very comfortable!!

First thing was there was no human in the lobby, I had to talk to a Kiosk. Se could not answer a question. We asked for extra towels and she said they were in a locker in the entry...nothing there, then she said we would have towels in the morning......no towels ever made it to us. I couldn't take a shower in the morning cause the shower was at a trickle! Days Inn.....never again! Wyndham used to mean good and now it's name is associated with cheap run down hotels.

I picked this place because it said it had breakfast however there was no breakfast, a small pack of donuts, and coffee is all. No juice, no cereal, nothing like other hotels saying breakfast. It was a disappointment.

The room was nice. Bed comfortable Several things. No front desk personnel. All communication is done through a kiosk. I had to replace my room key card twice. The toilet was made for small. Really shallow and low to the floor. It was raining and my floor would get wet from water coming up from underneath the floor.

It was a nice stay
-
Parking safe, air conditioning is too hot,and the room is more different in the picture
-
Very comfortable and affordable
-
I think it would be better if there was someone in the lobby to check in.
-
Every thing was acceptable. No issues.

Clock had buzzing noise and I had to unplug it. TV remote control didn't work. The shower valve was bad and I couldn't adjust temperature (it was supper hot and couldn't get it cooler) Room had a bad cat urine smell (my daughter had the room next door and also had the smell and she says it was more like ammonia smell) No breakfast No one at front counter (kiosk for check in and check out)

I had problem after problem! First, there are no employees at the front desk. You talk to a kiosk which has slow internet and the check in process took about 20 mins. I stayed for 2 nights and the on the first night I was asked to change rooms 10 mins after unpacking all of my stuff because of a sewer problem. No big deal, things happen. On the 2nd night, I was charged more for a smaller room. I requested a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke. The hot water didnt work so i had to take a room temp shower, the hair dryer didnt work, the internet didnt work, the pool was closed for "maintenance", the TV didnt work. I ended up going to a different hotel because I couldn't work without internet. I checked out at 4:30 and they only refunded me for half, even though I was there for a few hours and had nothing but problems! Do not stay here

The location to my event was exceptional. The room was cozy and clean. There wasn’t any breakfast as advertised. There were granola bars, a coffee maker without pots, and an empty refrigerator. It stated breakfast needed at 11. There wasn’t anything nor any remnants of breakfast at 9:45am.

No staff just a kiosk with a lady from India remotely checking you in. The place has no security and is in a sketchy neighborhood with people wandering the streets yelling at themselves. They could walk in and access your room at any time.

This was a great experience, located near 45, within driving distance to the mall and restaurants, quiet and rooms are very clean!

The cleaning lady and the older gentleman that works there. Not a live person for check in. Was unable to reach staff by their phone. Unable to have extra towels or blankets. I was told by the younger man that worked there we couldn’t have extra due to the tariffs that are in place and people stealing. Not everyone in my group liked it cooler in the room like I did to sleep. This young man was not friendly. I felt racially profiled by him. If he has a problem with the tariffs then he should take that up with the president not me. I have never been refused extra linen at a hotel. I went and purchased towels and 2 blankets for everyone to be comfortable. The washing machines and product machines were terrible to work. It took 6 dollars to dry one load of clothes. This place is very cheap.

The room was very clean, the coffee pot area had coffee, but no sugar, and cream there. Had to go to the front for that. The air works great!

The rooms were really clean. The bed was super comfortable! The A/C is one of the older units you would see back in the day, but it does a great job of cooling the room. My only gripe was that it wouldn’t stay on continuously ( even when it wasn’t set on auto), so when it would cut off, you could hear all of the nearby traffic. Overall, it was a good stay. Just adjust your expectations.

The Bathroom was small. There was no elevator. My heat didn't work, and there was no cart to transport our belongings.
