The staff for housekeeping gave excellent service. Some of the staff in the front desk gave little information when asked about services that were offered. It was supposed to be a no smoking establishment but it smelled like cigarette smoke on the floor. Our stay was for about a week and of course a little bit of laundry had to be done and for the whole place there was only one washer and one dryer, very inconvenient.

Our family saved time by not worrying about breakfast, since it was included. Everything was good, the pool and service.

Safe area The ironing board was extremely dirty, the iron was very old and falling apart. Door didn’t close properly without a good shove. Grout in shower was dirty. Shower curtain was falling apart. First room given to us smelled like cigarettes although they did help us switch. Was told to show up 30 mins prior to normal check in but was told they weren’t ready yet and that there was a line to check in but when a group showed up after us they were checked in

Very clean and well maintained for an older property. Customer service was very polite. Especially the evening Man who is an Artist. I hope he gets to retire soon to follow his dream.

The bed were so uncomfortable. If you love sleeping on a boxspring, this is your hotel!! But it was quiet. They were friendly.

The staff were amazing and facility was clean but because it is an old facility, the rooms have no usb or usb-c ports. The gym facility had 4 aerobic machines, three that did not work. Alongside, there were no free weights except for a pair of 15lb weights.
