Beautiful room. Friendly staff.

My family and I stayed for two days and two nights. The staff was friendly and kind. We stayed with a small chihuahua and they really made us feel welcomed.

Elicia from the kitchen is an amazing person. She treated my family so kind. We always looked forward seeing her at breakfast time. The pool area was cleaned and tested everyday. The staff were super humbling and kind. The only negative thing I could say is that I wish our stay were longer. 10/10 ❤️

The staff is really excellent at what they do. The hotel itself is just aged. Rusted corners visible and old furniture with some modern finishes. I did appreciate the low beds as I have a toddler. The pool was way too hot and there were no towels. Cut myself pretty bad on the sliding bathroom door. I think there should be cautionary signs on it. They don’t really shut, they cover, and there’s a decent sized crack you can see thru. I was sliding it expecting it to shut, but it kept going and smashed my finger between the bathroom opening and sliding door. Breakfast was great. Vending machines don’t take card and require exact change. The ratings overall had me thinking I was going to a hotel of higher quality but at the end of the day, I was happy to have a place to stay. Again, staff was lovely. I think just about everyone said hi to me and my son.

Best Staff ever. Very attentive accommodating and patient. Reported phone in room not working and within a minutes it was fixed. We'll be staying at this Hotel again.

Alysa provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. From the moment we checked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel comfortable. She followed up with us shortly after check-in and again the next day to ensure everything was going well. She also provided helpful information about the amenities and made our stay even more enjoyable. Her communication and hospitality were greatly appreciated!

Stayed at this property a couple of times now, staff is very helpful at check in and the rooms have been clean. Breakfast is well served and hearty, saves money when on vacation in Los Angeles.

We recently stayed here for a relatives memorial service. The hotel location is perfect. Close to shopping, dining and easy access to the highway. The Hampton Inn has a relaxing environment and thoughtful design. They also provided a great breakfast and always had fresh coffee available. While we were really impressed with our room, I can’t say enough about the great staff. They were so friendly and accommodating. They really cared about how our stay was going. We hope to be back soon under better circumstances. I will definitely stay here again. Great experience!

Very convenient lots of places near the location to visit restaurant smalls very close to the area I was visiting with Family clean beautiful, very beautiful Well, I really did not like anything about the place. I loved everything about the place. My only problem is I do have a Disability and I should’ve said that while I was booking my stay and I didn’t so I had to go upstairs and all the way down the hall with my luggage, which was it was uncomfortable for myself, but that’s because I did not like I said let them know ahead of time of my Disability.

Hotel was on point and the customer service was amazing!!! Stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast!! Will definitely be back soon !!
