Room very clean & comfortable

The room was exactly as described in previous reviews. The building was secure and the staff was more friendly and responsive than expected. I do not have anything to complain about. For the price everything was better than expected.

Clean facility

A little surprised there was a full kitchen, so we didn't leave the room to go eat. Room was simple, but adequate. Wish there were grab bars for the shower/stool since I am older. Had a little trouble understanding how the tv worked, but after awhile, too tired to watch. Beds comfortable. Parking ok. Staff helpful. No complaints.

My stay was good but the things I didn't like was having to call to get in front entrance seemed a little weird. The staff was nice but you have to bring towels down yourself daily so you can't have extra for long stays. The bathroom sink was clogged up but they came to rescue right away so I did like that. Our room was nice and clean but hallway by door had a bad odor. Also early morning you can hear stomping above you so you can't sleep in and the front office is closed at a certain time. Other than that, the price was not bad at all so I can not say it was all bad. I was satisfied for what I paid. I would refer because of cleanliness in room and decent price also good area.

Got in by check in time and the room was not ready and had to wait another 2 hours before we could get it, the key only worked for one day because a staff member didn't clear for the two days I paid, had to provide your own silverware and everything

When we got there to check in at 3:15. There was a line of 3 or 4 people. Front desk person was pretty disorganized. Then after checking int he first person, which took a long time. She told them that their room wasn’t ready. So they had to sit in the lobby. Then the next person was waited on and again she went through the check in procedure and told them that their room wasn’t ready. Why go though the check in procedures and make everyone stand in line only to tell them their room isn’t ready? And why isn’t their rooms ready? Check it is at 11:00 and check in starts at 3:00. Other than that it was a great stay. Room are clean and bed are comfortable!

Hotel was older and not as well maintained as I would prefer

Friendly staff, accommodating. Rom was very nice. Great location. Front deck not avy9 PM to 9 AM was a problem.

Simple, no frills hotel. Nothing was stocked in the kitchenette (every cupboard and drawer was empty), no hand towels (was offered additional washrag, bath towel or bathmat to use), and no kleenex. Desk was staffed limited hours. A variety of workers stay here so lots of big trucks and equipment parked in the parking lot. Quiet area just off the highway.

The room was exceptional and functional. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. Safely secured and staff were great. This property is well maintained and is great for folks traveling and on the road for an extended period of time. We had a small kitchenette and apartment size refrigerator and kitchen sink. I will definitely be utilizing their properties as they have locations across the US. Oh and they are pet friendly. One thing to note when it comes to hotel amenities you are more in dorm like situation in this aspect only a certain number of towels and after you pay. Housekeeping is only biweekly and you take out your own trash. Additional fees for things that you may would request in a hotel that would be free. Just something to note. If you are staying for an extended period of time I suggest buying inexpensive appliances and cutlery. You can rent those items from them, but unnecessary a Walmart is nearby .

Its an extended stay property The pluses are full refrig , microwave and 2 burners The minus was no coffee maker or breakfast. There was a fitness room I did not visit. I stayed one night it was clean and decent value for the price. I had a room near the elevator which can be the worse but I found it to be reasonably quiet

A little scary to be honest. Front desk was completely closed off like they were preparing for battle. Had a uniformed WDM cop working security. Some very unique “residents”. Most likely a one and done for me. The price was great, but not worth sleeping with one eye open

Only gave you two towels and had to go ask for clean ones. No one at counter when you rang bell had to wait a good 15 minutes.

Staff more worried about cigarettes than helping me check in. Office closes at 9. Was told if I needed anything to hope they woke up after 9pm. It’s a joke. Pay a little more and go across the street

Property was quiet and clean. Was very pleased with the room. The front desk person was helpful and very nice.
