Staff was great. The only issue we had was you are a cashless property but charge cash to wash and dry clothes. That would be ok however because you take only quarters and the manager os the only one who can give you change. This becomes a problem when a manager is not.on duty. Inhad to go to a c- store to get change. I suggest putting a changer in the laundry room or lobby

I hope management takes this issue seriously and addresses pest control and sanitation immediately. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable staying here again or recommending this hotel to others.
