Great rooms and wonderful staff.

Overall, everything was excellent. The breakfast was good, and the service was very friendly. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options, as having more choices would make the experience even better. Other than that, everything was excellent!

I did the early check-in which worked out excellent for me, as I had no where to go and arrived in the area around 9am. Friendly counter staff gave me a bag which had some bottled water and popcorn in it. Check-in was simple and fast. The hotel was clean, the room was very nice and the bed was excellent. I put my bottled water in the 3/4 size refrigerator and relaxed on the couch while watching TV. My son and his family stopped in for a few hours, as they were staying at a hotel nearby. I did leave the next morning in a bit of a rush, as I just wanted to keep sleeping in the bed, so I missed what looked like an excellent breakfast area. Thank you for the exceptional deal through Expedia.

The breakfast and morning coffee was good and the lady working the meal was sweet Our tub was clogged and the pool looked like there was a layer of oil on top … also there was a bad smell throughout the hotel and in our room like rotting food and lastly the location (not known to us as visitors) was in a bad part of west palm and we did not feel safe leaving our room at night as a white family …we ran into a sheriff’s officer at the McDonald’s next to St Mary’s hospital (reason for our stay) and he confirmed that the area wasn’t safe!
