Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown

Very impressed with everything, breakfast was great

If I knew before hand I needed to pay for parking I wouldn’t have booked this hotel.

Stayed here 3 times perfect location

Beautiful clean and spacious room!

This hotel is not good for families with children due to there not being a pool, microwave and having a high daily parking rate of 30 dollars per car on top of your incidental hold of 50 dollars. The garage has white poles at the exit that need to have caution tape more visible around the top because the poles are very very close while turning out. Also the restaurant pricing for the food/drink options are priced a bit high. I will not be rebooking here for family stay. Also the light pollution and transparent shade in the room made it hard to sleep due to it being directly next to the bed. Maybe a darker shade will be helpful. The staff was helpful. The property is clean. But more in my opinion it's more suited for business or people not traveling with children.

Centrally located in the downtown area and close to train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great addition.

For a last minute stay, I was quite impressed. Highly recommend. The bar tender and the food I ordered was excellent. Very pleasantly surprised.

Room is big and nicely set up.

Since we did not have a car and we asked if everything was walkable that the staff did not direct us towards the pier side of town where there was plenty of things to do and shops and restaurants. They just handed us a list and we had to figure it out for ourselves. A pool is so needed in Florida and was disappointed to find out that your facility does not have one!

I loved the hotel

Great hotel, very nice staff . Maybe about 8-10 mins walk to rosemary square park which was great to walk . Gym was nice . Breakfast was good with a buffet style. Very clean rooms and showers were great with amazing pressure . Could work on the pillows very hard for me and the bed was too hard but over all loved it .

The Hyatt Place West Palm Beach is located in a central area with walkable restaurants and other things to see. It was an easy check-in with a very professional staff. The rooms are a nice size and very clean. It was a very nice experience staying there.

Location is great, the facilities are also very good. Safe quiet area to stay in WPB. I did not find the staff well trained or the cleaning/hospitality staff (breakfast) very lax in meeting flatware needs and maintaining a clean area. When I asked for more flatware to be put out, the concierge handed me plastic ware. Really?

The Hyatt Place in Palm Beach is centrally located, has easy parking, and is very clean. Check-in was quick with very good staff. It’s a very good place to stay.
