La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Buffalo Airport

Welcoming staff, clean, great breakfast, I would definitely stay again in this hotel

The receptionist ( a short black guy) was really nice since the beginning, we took me to the room and let me check everything before I said yes to my stay there.

What a wonderful place to stay! The room was perfect, the staff was so helpful and amazing. Beds were comfortable, pills great.

Josh was super helpful and friendly when we checked-in. The hotel management was very understanding when I made the reservations for the wrong dates and gave me credit. It was very quiet neighborhood and convenience to stay.

Breakfast was good could offer more of a variety though 2 types of sausage and eggs was nice though. The waffles dont like to cook the whole way through though. Strong smell of the air freshener in lobby. My partner has bad asthma/allergies that triggered it even worse!

The hotel was just average. My room didn’t have a working smoke alarm although they were supposed to fix it the day we were out all day. They didn’t. The room shouldn’t have been used I think. The worst part was it’s right next door to the Hospitality Inn on Transit Rd in Williamsville and that place must rent out to families or by the month, because the kids running around were really noisy and the windows did not keep out sound very well. The water pressure in the shower was pretty bad too. All in all just an average hotel room. I’ve stayed in better La Quintas for sure

Very nice property. Check-in was excellent.

No room service dating make our bed they didn’t take the trash. They set us by their laundry room. We had kids outside playing until 9 o’clock at night not happy with this stay and they still want tocharge us like full price for the service when we didn’t get all the services.

The lobby smelled so strongly of perfume cleaners (masking something else) that I immediately asked to cancel the booking. They said all the rooms smell like this too. If you are allergic to fragrance, do NOT book here. I had to drive another half hour to find a hotel, and this hotel has refused to refund me. Awful.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was in easy accessibility to a nearby restaurant. The desk clerk on duty (Antoine) was very helpful and pleasant. The location a little far out it states Buffalo but is Williamsville. The shuttle from the airport had some trouble starting so alternate van was needed. Waited 1.5 hours at airport for pickup.

The staff were amazing!

This place was basically clean but some.of the furnishings were old and ragged around the edges. Hallway carpet was dirty. Elevator quit working. It had high reviews for the breakfast but again, it was just okay. Probably could have gotten a nicer place for the money.

The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast wasn’t great and the rest of the amenities are about at par with what can be expected out of a La Quinta

We asked the attendant for a second chair, but he said it's not allowed and there is no room for it - which is not true. Some rooms have 2 chairs, but others don't - you book double room and don't know what you get. It's a very small change that would make a big difference.

The desk staff were friendly and helpful. Halls and stairs weren't vacuumed. Breakfast was just adequate, nothing special. My sheets were never changed during a 4-day stay.
