The breakfast was a full breakfast. Coffee was good, lots of different options for what you are in the mood for. It was close to downtown. Easy walk to River walk all the way down.

Definitely a hidden gem! Clean room, good breakfast and great location! Very walkable, located right on the Riverwalk. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would definitely return to this property.

The motel was fine. It was for one night, but if I had to stay more nights I’d probably stay someplace a little more luxurious. It was simple. Staff was great. It was clean.

Great price for a hotel right off the Wilmington Historic Downtown Riverwalk.

Property was in a great location easily accessible to downtown and the Live oak pavilion. Staff was were friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was very good. The property was maintained well and clean. Easy parking . Great trip

My room was on the 4th floor with outside open railings to get to the door. I'm not good with heights (yes, I know the 4th floor isn't high, but it's high for me when I'm looking directly down over railings lol) - they happily changed it to ground floor. Room was large and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast room was way too small for the number of guests and breakfast itself was poor, as with most hotels at this price level.
