Overall the service was lackluster. I had an issue with my key not working and I was told to “pull-push” the door fast to get the key to work properly! The lobby was clean and well maintained but the elevator was slow. There were stains on the curtains and comforter. Bathroom also had a sewage smell upon my arrival.

Beautiful hotel, very clean. Location is right by the train, shuttle service was excellent. Resturant on site was very nice is well.

Stayed for the night with family. It was a really pleasant and wonderful experience all around! Would stay again.

Very enjoyable stay - comfortable beds and close to the Metro. Liked that they had a bar to meet up with friends. We did not eat at the hotel but other restaurants were in close proximity. I would stay there again.

Poor water pressure (4th floor) was frustrating. Good breakfast though. Had to ask front desk for the $21 food/drink credit because he forgot.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, hall was quiet, location was great. I would definitely stay here again. Only downside was it was so hot out and I was wishing they had a pool!

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable- I slept great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a great restaurant down stairs, as well as a nice coffee place with delicious pastries. I couldn’t think of a single thing that they did not offer. And it was conveniently located to many things, in a great neighborhood. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.
