The windows and door in the unit were difficult to lock. The bed wasn't great for either my husband or me - but that is a personal preference. The cute little bedside table wasn't big enough to effectively do the job, and I had to crawl on my knees to plug in my charger. The breakfast was minimal, but that was indicated on the site when we made the reservation.

Well landscaped. Ample parking. Room was exactly as described. Very private and very comfortable. No bath mat in the bathroom. The bathroom floors were slippery when wet so we used a hand towel as a dry mat. Plenty of towels were provided so that really wasn’t a big issue just something they should think about for guests safety.

Rooms have no TV. This is not prominent in either hotels.com or their web site. After a day walking around Asheville I was looking forward to watching the hockey playoffs in my room. What kind of hotel doesn't provide television in 2026? this isn't the 1950s. I was told this allows guest to disconnect. I can make my own disconnect decision by shutting off the set. Will not be going back.

Blind Tiger was very charming; the interiors were funky, rooms expansive and garden immaculate. However it felt more like a cute air bnb sans kitchen, than a boutique hotel experience. After checking in, there’s no service personnel that you interact with. More bathroom storage/surface area could have been helpful. As well as a mini bar and water in the room in the evening and after the room has been cleaned. I think the hotel could be greatly improved with better service throughout the stay & a wine or cocktail bar in the lobby.

Awesome location. Fun amenities and kind staff!

Everything! The room was absolutely gorgeous, the staff was amazingly friendly, and the location was perfectly convenient to all the things that we wanted to do in Asheville! Nothing!

Beautiful place room and staff Amazing furniture A little far from downtown but walkablele

The rooms are so cozy, and each rom is unique. The pillows on the bed were too big and hard. Guests should get the option of two soft flat pillows also.

Excellent snack system! Loved the grab and go breakfast and the decor was amazing. Felt like a home away from home in great nabe in Asheville. A stylish and affordable stay. Really thought everything was wonderful. Just wish that I could have stayed longer and taken more advantage of the amenities offered.

The location was perfect for our itinerary. The room was clean and comfortable. The hostess was very friendly and helpful with additional information. The first night the heat was not on and it was very cold in all the rooms and the main area. I would prefer coffee to be available before 8:00.

Property is very eclectic and has a cool personality The window unit AC was a bit noisy when it turned on

The staff here is beyond wonderful! So friendly. So helpful. So resourceful. The lounge is super cozy with the fireplaces and seating areas. There were snacks and beverages available. I will dream about the morning buns from Mattie Lou! Great location. Easy parking. We had to extend our stay due to a flight cancelation and changed to a new room since someone else was checking into ours. We moved to Liberty. The views were so good! I would pick that room again next time. It was so comfy and bright. Loved that there were no televisions! It was nice to unplug, sit by a fireplace, play some board games. We would absolutely stay here again. It was a perfect home away from home. The couch in Kress was not super comfy, but it was fine. Only commenting because it says I have to add something here.

Great decor and ample grab and go breakfast!

Blind tiger is a terrific place to stay. Each room with its own style and super comfortable and cozy! The fireplace and reading nook in our room was great. We loved the breakfast format too. Good location walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

The staff was delightful and welcoming. Despite a pending ice storm, we were welcomed with open arms and moved to a room with a fireplace in case the electricity went out (it did not!) . My wife and I truly enjoyed our 5 days here.

Large comfortable room. King sized bed was great and good pillows. Nice shower. There is not a full time person there, but one night I apparently dropped my room key somewhere when we were out and after contacting the emergency number, someone brought me a replacement key in less than 5 minutes. Exceptional service. Good location. Could walk to downtown on a nice day if you wanted to (maybe a mile). But we were there in January and didn't do that.
