Baymont by Wyndham Bellevue / Omaha

Do not book a stay at this hotel. The Direct TV box was not hooked up. We took the top off of the toilet tank because it kept running all the time and we had to fix it about once an hour. The room was so dingy. It looked like it was painted by a teenager. Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Now I will say the showers were nice and hot. And the mattresses were very comfortable. It was not worth, however the price that we paid for our weekend.

We were a little disappointed with the quality of the room, especially for $200. I checked in with a kiosk that couldn't find our reservation. Although the room was fairly clean, it just seemed run down, dark, and dingy. I've stayed in Baymonts before, and this just didn't measure up.

The property was not good. Room was not clean, floor had food in it. Towels were wet. Outside stairs that was told to use were about ready to collapse, were closed the next day.

The motel was dated, beat-up, humid, limited breakfast, and not very clean!

From the kiosk to the no person on property to the toilet seat that was super loose to the shower knob that didn't work correctly to the phone call for cking on a tumbler that we called about not long after we left. They never returned the call. Its a dump. I wont stay there again.

Room was clean. The shower leaked onto the floor causing a big puddle of water. We had to use towels to divert the water back into the tub to prevent it from going over the sides. There was no hot breakfast when we went to eat. Waffles and cereal were available .

Relatively clean, but numerous minor maintenance issues. No housekeeping was present and I had to request fresh sets of towels. Customer service was handled through a video console but was helpful. Overall acceptable for the daily rate, but again not recommended for long-term stay.

There was a “kiosk “ attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country

It was fine for the price we paid. No elevator so we had to carry luggage up stairs, the front desk is only staffed sometimes? And other times uses a video chat virtual assistant. There were coins in an opened box of soap for the shower. Air conditioning was set low but the room still got too hot at night.

when I first checked in the young man there was super helpful and friendly but by 7:00 pm there was no one from management on the property just a machine with a screen with a person to talk to who was not helpful at all the vending machine took my and did not deliver the product I will not use this company again just because of no human presence on the property.

Payment was pet friendly so I appreciated that but the room was not clean as there was dirt on the floor, it didn't look like they ever cleaned under the bed, the air conditioner was broke so we roasted over night. I went to tell the guy at the front desk about the air conditioner, his response to me was "well turn it off and then turn it back on" said "I tried that" but really I shouldn't have to do that so we checked out early because I'm not going to roast a second night. The guy at the front counter could have switched rooms for us or offer a refund but neither was done. This motel was Nasty, dirty, stinky, and the air conditioner dosent work, staff is rude and also they want to add a pet fee per night but there is no area for your pet to do their business.

Did not like the kiosk, couldn't understand them and I did not receive a receipt after I checked out at 9am.

The ac didn't work, they had a hidden pet charge no fending machines and or actual person their to assist you plus supposed 70 for the night with fees and everything else was 130...

Was filthy and nothing washed. And everything was either broken or falling apart.

Just minutes from my destination, very comfortable pillows. Staff was very friendly and I liked their use of technology with the virtual desk clerk. Duvets were very beat up, holes that appeared to be cigarette burns. There was no blowdryer in my room, which I've come to expect of Baymont properties. Room was mostly clean other than a smear of ketchup (??) on the desk lamp.

The only time there was a real person working was when we checked out, and he was very pleasant The place was falling apart. The paint and floor boards were chipped everywhere, its smelled weird, the back stairs felt like it was about to cave in. It made us nervous to walk up the stairs. The kiosk not a good experience. As a customer I prefer face to face contact with a human. We went to the gym room and it was disgusting, it had dead plants and the room was dark and dreary. A couple of the hallways had no light at all, and the sunlight didn't reach very far. Definitely not worth the cost.
