Funky smell in the hallways. Room was clean though so that was a plus. But not worth the $ we spent for 1 night.

The room didn’t feel clean. The pullout bed was terribly dirty with crumbs and bugs. The shampoo in the shower was empty. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The website says the pool is open 8:00am to 10:00pm. Our grandson wanted to swim in the morning before we left. The pool has a sign that it doesn’t open until 10:00am. He was very upset because I had told him he could swim. I feel that for the cost of the room it should have been much better. The air conditioner made a loud sound all night. This was the worse hotel we have stayed at in over 20 years. Never again.

The room was just okay. We did have trouble with some of the lights working. The light switches that were immediately inside the door did not work. We also could not get one of the TVs to work one evening. Breakfast wasn’t great. Location is nice with lots of food options near by.

For the most part no complaints, however the breakfast was rough and I ended up taking my kids somewhere else to eat.

We reserve 3 rooms they all seem nice and clean, but one of the rooms we ended up with bed bugs. It was very unpleasant experience.

Jai was an outstanding communicator and was knowledgeable about the operations. The floor is our room is damaged and should be replaced Coffee was not good

Easy process and friendly staff. The back door was tape to prevent it from locking. Could be a security issue at times.

Good location, nice staff, very clean Hair dryer element was going out so didn’t work like it should; the rooms are tight and getting in and out of the bathroom was a squeeze

This gentleman named Armando who we have never dealt with before was rude my guys have a job around their and they have been staying for 5 months in a row renting more than 10 rooms weekly and this Armando guy is giving them such a hard time wanting extra info not needed. The receptionist Armando

Rooms are dirty but you get what you pay for I suppose

After the third day, I got stuck in the elevator. Once they got me out, the elevator never worked again during my stay.
