I spent seven days in Omaha during the Men's College World Series and had a great experience at this hotel. I arrived earlier than expected, and the manager was very accommodating by arranging an early check-in. They were also friendly, informative, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was exceptionally clean, recently remodeled, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked great, the internet was reliable, and the beds were very comfortable. Despite being in town during a busy event, the hotel was quiet and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was exactly what we needed, and I would gladly stay here again.

The property has been nicely renovated. The attention to detail is obvious. I was very surprised at how nice the room was considering it is a “budget” hotel. The location is great. Easy access to shopping and dining. The staff is very friendly, nice, accommodating and available. For example I was surprised to receive a welcome call to ensure that my room was up to my expectations and to offer any assistance if needed. This is something that happens at more expensive hotels typically. I haven’t stayed in a budget hotel in years. As a travel nurse and well traveled person I feel I’m a good judge and this hotel far exceeds “budget” hotel expectations. Kudos to the staff and the owner for upping the ante!! Nothing. Everything was nice.

Comfy bed. Full size fridge and cooktop. VERY friendly and accommodating staff. Best hotel ee have ever stayed at and we travel. A LOT. Big bang for your buck. Nothing at all. It was great!

The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, the reception area was a mess and not welcoming. The hotel rooms were being renovated and the crew tried walking into our room twice not knowing it was occupied. When I asked for “do not disturb” door signs, they stated they didn’t have any and ended up marking our door with an X with blue painters tape. Questionable man hanging out in the parking lot by our car. The room however was clean and the beds were comfortable.
