Hampton Inn Bellevue

Stayed for CWS. Easy drive or Uber to stadium.

The hotel was very nice, clean and location was great. My rating is entirely because of the breakfast. For a Hampton the breakfast was worse than a Motel 6. I came down with my 2 granddaughters an hour before breakfast ended. They were out of over 1/2 of the items and the oatmeal was a joke (oatmeal sitting in a lot of water). Out of eggs, almost out of potatoes and muffins. No butter. One yogurt left. The kitchen lady was on her phone texting or scrolling the entire time except one quick look through the line, but then she did not refill any items. Sign said something like happy breakfast starts here and right next to the sign two large “empty” containers. Needs new kitchen staff.

The hotel was clean, the rooms/beds were comfortable, my kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and responsive. The only issues were with one elevator not working, and the pool door card readers not working (both doors).

The breakfast area was not well maintained. Ran out of food, food was not well presented and staff reluctant to be helpful.

I booked a room but the rude guy at the counter could not find My reservation he told me I needed to contact hotels because there was no reservation for me but I repeatedly showed him the reservation so he took my phone and looked, handed it back to me and said I did not pay so they canceled My room and he said "so bye bye now" he was so sassy and rude I will never stay at this hotel again, I went down the street and found better so if you are thinking of staying here just know the the guy at the desk is stuck up and thinks his **it don't stink. It also stunk and was dirty, I also used the rest room, there was no toilet paper and trash was on the floor.

Cons: The pool room was very chilly, not cleaned up, no towels and the water freezing. There was a kids soccer tournament in town, and the hotel was overrun with drinking parents and running & yelling kids. There seemed to be no effort from management to calm things down. We ended up spending the evening in our room to avoid the chaos.

Very clean, great breakfast and nice staff No complaints

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast daily was good. The pool being down for maintenance while we were there was a huge inconvenience for us. We booked using Booking.com so we weren't aware that the pool had been down since February when we booked. While we enjoyed the stay overall, we booked knowing the hotel had the pool for the kids. When we arrived, it was cold and rainy making our original plans to relax in the hotel and swim difficult.

Room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was delicious!!
