We booked a king suite and were told when we arrived that they overbooked and would 2 queens be ok. Well, not really, but what choice did we have? We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. Then we were told that if we wanted any clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves or ask for more, but our room was never serviced while we were there. The disposal was broken and leaked water all over the floor so we could not use the kitchen sink or wash dishes. The full sized refrigerator and real dishes were nice, along with the gym and free laundry.

Rough stay! Place is not terrible but just misses the mark on very basic stuff like clean towels, rooms not ready when we checked in at 7:00 pm. Everyone has off days but got the feeling that this place is having off years.

It was a good value. Not fancy but comfortable and clean.

room was spacious and comfortable The staff were friendly but a bit too much. Loud, high pitch voices scared my dog, and the yelling and banging on the doors for the bar-b-que was also too much for us and my dog.

Need ice? Nope, they told me to go to the Holiday Inn which is also owned by IHG. Their ground level ice-machine was broke and I had to go to the 3rd floor.

Booked a king thru Expedia but hotel only had Queens when I arrived. Good amenities but not what I reserved.

Floors are dirty and would not clean room in between our 7 day stay. No ironing board and AC was acting up.

Had everything needed for a weekend stay. Staff was friendly and helpful even when computer was down at check in on Friday afternoon.

Location was nice! Centrally located near food and shopping. I asked for a family suit and we didn’t get one. The lady at the front desk didn’t ask if we wanted to upgrade… the chairs in the room were broken and uncomfortable. There were one or two wholes in the walls.

it’s outdated carpet, shower, mattress also only put 1 toilet paper and no maid to clean room etc. stay 2 nights 2rooms with family.

The room was fairly clean but maintenance has not been kept up (picture missing from frame, curtains partly off the rod, caulking missing).

This overall is a nice property to stay at for a night or a few nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The walls in our room had spills on them and felt like it could've been a little cleaner. Overall, we'd stay here again. It doesn't serve continental breakfast but has everything for a reasonable price to make your stay comfortable and affordable.
