Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bellevue by IHG

Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated.

The bad: low shower pressure wasn't enough to stop the bath from running and water barely came out of the shower head, the fridge in the room barely worked and it took a full day to get drinks "chilled" but they never got cold. It was on the max setting. the pool exhaust system was broken and the ceiling was bubbling and had been cut out in places. They kept running out of pool towels even with 2-4 people in the pool, they couldn't keep up. I would consider staying there again for a cheaper price but it wasn't worth the 450 price for 2 nights.

The bed hurt our backs and the hot tub was way too hot. After a day-long drive, both are important for optimum travel enjoyment. We will not stay here again.

I discovered bugs on the bed. Staff relocated me to sister hotel.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great with lots of options for kids. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Parking was easy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. However the pool was out of order for repair. The only working ice maker was on the 3rd floor. Shower pressure was awful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was just ok.

Rooms were decent. The pool area looked awful. Strong chemical odor from lobby down the hallway to my room. But once in the room it was ok. The negative experience is due to the fact they charged my card twice and even though they are telling booking.com that they refunded and resolved the issue, my card is still showing as a charge. A POSTED charge and not just under PENDING charges. I have tried different ways to reach out and nothing from the hotel to me. I travelled internationally to stay there and now I am back home and I feel like this won’t be resolved.

I booked a standard queen room and was put up in a handicap room on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor wasn't an issue for me it was strange to be given a handicap accessible room when I didn't request that and do not need it.

No regular Coffee FF or 3days .

The refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave outlets didn’t work. The microwave had to be moved. The refrigerator was not running and when we called the front desk they brought an extension cord to plug it in at a different outlet with a cord running across the floor which was a tripping hazard. A few hours later the refrigerator had frozen all of our drinks making them unusable. They did offer us a credit on our bill which was appreciated. We enjoyed our stay here despite the problems .

Gym was out of Service. Staff was Just Okay. They were sitting behind the counter on their Phone.

The breakfast was fantastic and the service was amazing! The pool and hot tub were also in great shape and well maintained!

The receptionist during our evening stay was the sweetest and best. I can’t remember her name, but she is skinny, black hair, and has tattoos. That woman deserves a raise! Too much chlorine in the hot tub! Also, the water didn’t get hot enough in our room.

Room was clean and well looked after.

Nice area. Clean and great breakfast. Staff all very courteous. Paige welcomed us and offered delicious cookies when we arrived. We appreciated the hand sanitizers at various locations, but some were empty or battery was not working. Exercise room was not operable, but offered the exercise room at Candlewood hotel next door.

Bad was returning to our room after being out for the day was that by 7:30 pm our room had never been cleaned. I was not happy as I had tipped house cleaning the prior day. Luck for us, Paige did bring us clean towels. Rest of stay was great
