Best Western Brentwood

Surprisingly clean, quiet, and calm hotel. The bed was super comfortable. Not enough parking (they said they were fully booked) but they told us where we could park nearby.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not take advantage of the breakfast. The parking was convenient.

Great overnight stay. No elevators so be prepared to carry your bags upstairs. Breakfast was served but less quality than over hotels I’ve stayed. This property offered a great value for the stay.

There were not enough parking spaces.

The only downside was the fact that there was only 1 office chair in the room to sit on. Not the most comfortable to sit in to relax after a long day of sight seeing.

I have booked here several times and have not been disappointed. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice suite in a good area. Safe.

Room was nice. Staff was very accommodating. I was originally assigned a room on the second floor, but when I explained that my husband had back issues and not able to go up stairs they immediately changed us to ground floor.

It was a small but nice hotel

Hotel was dirty. Windows had a very heavy smoke film on them. The hallways smelled very strongly of Fabuloso, and I mean heavily! No elevators to the second floors of the building. Stairs were filthy. Will not be going back.

We arrived around 12:30 pm from Indiana..didn’t have any trouble checking in at all. The room was very clean. An hour into my sleep there was disturbance next door to my room and it sounded like it was in my room. I had trouble falling back to sleep and had an early rise. Otherwise everything was fine.

Disappointed no elevator to the second floor. Stays only and they were poorly located.

I’ve never stayed at a best Western b4 the room itself was okay I was a little surprised that when I walked into the building the condition of the carpet for the amount of money being charged—the carpet was old stained and dirty. That was the first thing I saw when I stepped into the building and I didn’t like what I saw I was disappointed but the room itself was nice, clean and when the air stopped working properly they instantly came and fixed it…

Hotel and room very clean had trouble understanding front desk personnel but he was polite and helpful . Room big clean bed great bathroom spotless . Breakfast not very good cold biscuits and gravy . Same options second day ; ate cereal . Will stay again but prob skip Brft.

Front desk staff is always so nice. I come to vit my daughter in Nashville a lot and I will continue to stay here. Jim Lach

Location was great and the food quality was excellent.

Very reasonable rate Breakfast was passable, not great but not bad.

We stayed here last year and were so happy with it that we booked it again for our trip this year. Your room is nice and clean, the staff are really friendly and very helpful and you get an excellent buffet style breakfast with great choice. Excellent value.
